Slowest McDonald's in the South. They need to either have more staff, or figure out how to be more efficient. Been waiting in... drive thru for 15 minutes and moved 4 cars up... After confirming order and dip for happy meals, we once again got the wrongdips, the nuggets were cold and not enough straws... this place is unreal. The *assuming* manager who thanked me for mypatience, as the other employee almost dropped our drinks was completely phony also. Avoid this one until it improves. Read more
Absolute horrible customer service coming from the manager, the store was dead quiet, the manager was not helping us after... waiting for 10 mins at the cash register. Asked for a quarter hamburger with no cheese and he said ?we cannot do that? with ahorrible attitude fully know that other locations can make that order with ease. Then yelled when he asked us if we wanted ameal. Instead of asking if we wanted anything else, he closed the order, walked away and had to wait again after calling himover for assistance to order more food. Not compliant with customers, impatient and overall a horrible experience with themanager. Would not recommend. Read more
Not a very nice experience from the moment I came inside. The older Asian man which I'm assuming is a manager type figure,(He... looks extremely stressed and I am assuming not a fun character to work for) saw me standing at the counter for up to 3 minutesbefore he came over because Skip orders are more important. I ordered a filet-o-fish & a Big Mac with a paper coupon. I alsoorder a $1 drink special that's offered all summer long. Then scanned my app. According to him/McDonald's I only get 1 deal. Sonow I'm waiting in my car for him to bring me my coffee instead of him just refunding me my 70 cents....???? Do betterMcDonald's. You're paying more to send out that employee. **So satisfying that it was him. ???? The worst part is that the fileto fish was dried out and the Big Mac was cold. I ordered it and took it straight out to my car to eat it, how is it possiblethat it's cold and dried out when I had them specially ordered with extra toppings. Don't save your cold food for me and sendout the hot stuff for Skip. The washrooms are horrible. So dirty yet the manger wears a mask..... quitethe contradiction really. Read more
Do not go to this McDonald's if you can avoid it. They do not listen to what you want to order and they just give you whatever... the think you want. It is very slow and frustrating to try to get it straight with them. Make sure you check your order beforeleaving! The inside is never clean either. We went through drive-through and it is a waste of time. Probably better to go in andorder if you have to go to this location. Our egg McMuffins were dry and the muffins were burnt. I have never experienced foodlike that at McDonald's. Read more
Hands down the worst McDonalds out there. We live in the area so it is convenient, but every time we are there we are ?parked?.... Once I was parked for an ice cream and Diet Coke. By the time it came out the ice cream had melted. The last time I was here theline from start to finish was 24 minutes. Told us they didn?t have Diet Coke so we ordered a regular Coke. Took a sip about 20minutes down the road and it had the worst chemical taste. Of course it?s too late to turn around. Each time we come through weset aside 20 minutes because we are parked. And we don?t order anything extreme. Just disorganized. Read more
We just had a late lunch at this location. There seriously wasn?t one clean table in the whole place. Only 3 customers dining... inside. Lots of bags, napkins, etc littering the floor. The garbage was over flowing. I could understand if it was rush hour butit was the middle of the afternoon. Read more
A very special thank you to the awesome, kind and friendly staff at McDonald's Walden. Yes, my son works here but I honestly... have to say that I am so happy he gets to work with such great people. Due to a medical complication I had, they knew I was inurgent care and the management team sent home with him, right out of the oven, all of my favorite muffins they make! I receivedthem so hot and delicious and want to thank McDonald's for doing that for me. Its a blessing to know my son works with suchgreat & friendly people every day! They truly care for their staff, their families as well as the customers. They also workharder than any other McDonald's to make all their customers happy no matter what. Read more
Honestly, THE WORST McDonald?s, and kind of the only choice for those in Chaparral, Walden and Legacy. Their quality assurance... here is non-existent. They screw up orders EVERY time and most of the time once you get home, that?s when you realize it. Theyjust left out 10 nuggets that was to feed a couple kids before a busy night of activities and now I have to cook anyways. Theyalways make people park and wait for food. It has a terrible reputation in the neighbourhood, and yet we all still go. Reallyshocking that the management doesn?t care whatsoever about the reputation of their establishment ???????? Read more
