I had a bad experience going on this location I bought big mc meal as a combo . I asked for a fresh fries but they gave me a... saggy fries. While Im waiting for my order I used the washroom. But my God the washroom is so dirty , no toilet paper and sosmelly . How come the manager incharge in the afternoon didn?t check for that . Where is the sanitation? Is someone can speakwith me . Arrived just before 1am, walked in, was told the store was closed to in-person orders. Staff told me I had to leave the... restaurant to place a mobile order. Fine- I went outside. I placed a very simple, very clear mobile order. Despite it being themiddle of the night, it took them an inordinate amount of time to make the single mcdouble. I had a bad feeling, so I opened itup at the window and sure enough it was missing two toppings I had asked for. I send it back, they take another inordinateamount of time and finally get it right. The whole ordeal took close to half an hour. For one mcdouble. This is one of, if notthe worst fast food experiences I've ever had. Read more

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Washrooms disgusting. Service always slow. Typically I grab a coffee here at lunch time but... today I got McDouble and fries, the bottom half of the bun is rock hard and the fries are cold. Workers are tying but I thinkpoorly managed and where is the owner because he/she should be there making things better. Simply gross! Read more
I would never go here again I ordered online and it took 1 1/2 HOURS to get my food at the restaurant. After asking if my order... was ready multiple times, the guy says to me ?I don?t care what your number is, I'm not making it.? There was customers (atleast 10) waiting for their food and they were making orders that no one was even there for. I would tell the person I dislikethe most to go to this McDonalds. Read more
Bought a sausage egg mcmuffin with bacon added to it. There was no sausage ????. Not sure how you mess up something like the... meat in the name of the meal. I just can't some days with McDonalds. Read more
This McDonalds is okay, it does have homeless issues here and around the area and the dine in area is now blocked off to prevent... people from going in. The food is fine from my experience but not so well from some of my friends. It would be nice if thesidewalk here was walkable, the renovations of the Subway didn?t block everything and the parking lot wasn?t so terrible. Thedoors are confusing and the lighting isn?t nice for the customers which personally I think can be fixed with LED lights quiteeasily. The floors are dirty and soggy mats. Read more
