Worst customer service i have ever seen. They are supposed to open for dine in until 11pm. They close the gate 30/40 mins... earlier sometimes. There were few other people along with me waiting at the gate and the manager was like we had to close itbecause we don?t have enough people and she had literally zero sorry feeling. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING SERVICE! They told my husband that they would be open till 11 pm, my husband went at 10.40 pm and they... still refused service to him! He even called prior to going to know about their closing time. When he enquired, they told myhusband that they were short on staff hence they closed early. Shouldn?t they have mentioned it over the phone? He walked a longway to go there and was immediately refused any service! Worst service everrr! Read more
Food is always fine but I don?t get how this is literally the least efficient and slowest McDonald?s considering how horrible... their drive through set up is, if there?s more than two cars and in the lineup then the parking lot immediately becomes the bestplace to get into an accident because you can?t even enter in one side. Any complaint that you make no matter how politely you say it, will be addressed with attitude and disrespect. Bunch of... teenagers at this location who hate their job and have absolutely no care for how people receive what they have paid for. It'salmost like this McDonald's doesn't want your business. The service seems to focus on making money & less on pleasing the customers... every time I come here it's very dissapointing... have to put up a fight to get my food done fresh and right because if I don't... I end up leaving with old hard food. Read more
What to say about this historic (in Calgary terms) McDonalds... The staff are all great, friendly, and in my experience very... courteous, night security staff included. Their dinning room stays open 24hrs which is pretty special these days, hence thenight security guards. The 24hr dining and geographic location does attract a marginalized crowd that may not always have awarm place to seek shelter which adds a level of complexity to keep operations sailing smoothly, yet smooth sailing seems to bethe motto here. More than once I have witnessed ambulances or police showing up to respond to emergencies here or near byhowever those times are not necessarily tragic. Respectfully the doors stay open for McDonald's famous fast food for allmembers of our community. A warm meal and a warm place should not discriminate and here that is true. I value in that. Thefood, it's McDonalds, you know what you're buying and sure don't need me to tell you what's up. The coffee is hit and miss, mostof the time it's great but occasionally not good.
