Worst customer service i have ever seen. They are supposed to open for dine in until 11pm. They close the gate 30/40 mins... earlier sometimes. There were few other people along with me waiting at the gate and the manager was like we had to close itbecause we don?t have enough people and she had literally zero sorry feeling. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING SERVICE! They told my husband that they would be open till 11 pm, my husband went at 10.40 pm and they... still refused service to him! He even called prior to going to know about their closing time. When he enquired, they told myhusband that they were short on staff hence they closed early. Shouldn?t they have mentioned it over the phone? He walked a longway to go there and was immediately refused any service! Worst service everrr! Read more
Food is always fine but I don?t get how this is literally the least efficient and slowest McDonald?s considering how horrible... their drive through set up is, if there?s more than two cars and in the lineup then the parking lot immediately becomes the bestplace to get into an accident because you can?t even enter in one side.
