Worst experience ever. I went at around 12am. First off, I ordered 3 cheese burgers but only received two, and when they gave me... the third one after I complained, it looked like it had been through a hurricane (see pictures below). I had also ordered aMcChicken, which was terrible. The bottom bun was upside down, the lettuce was everywhere BUT on the bun, and the mayo was notspread at all. I also ordered fries, which were not salted. I once ordered fries without salt from a different McDonald?s, andeven THEY were saltier than these. I went back and complained, so they gave me more fries, that tasted exactly the same.Finally, the service was terrible. The workers were giving attitude and seemed to be mad about having to do their own job. Iwon?t be returning to this McDonald?s ever again. Read more
Trash place, I order a jr chicken and McDouble, pay for my meal and was told to move forward to wait. At least 6 other vehicles... behind were able to order and get their meals as I?m sitting for upwards to 10 minutes waiting. (With 2 others waiting also) Ihad to leave because I was gonna be late for work. Very poorly ran place To follow up, when I went back to get my refund thenight ?manager? not only refused but gave a fake name. I called to complain about that and asked for the contact info to thestore general manager or owner, they gave me a fake email. Waited by the counter for over 10 minutes while food was there getting cold. They just ignored me when I asked about it. When... they finally acknowledged the issue, the fries was half full. They consistently give smaller portions. Will not come to thislocation again. Read more
Went through the drive thru yesterday early evening and ordered an iced coffee and a few other things, the girl working the... drive thru handed me my iced coffee with the cup dripping with coffee on the outside, a few drops is fine but it was soaked, Iasked her to give me a second while I wiped the iced coffee she gave me and she was completely indifferent because she was toobusy having a loud joking conversation with the other guy just standing there, the entire time I was cleaning up HER mess shejust held the bag over the window continuing on the conversation like it's such a burden for her to do her job. It wouldn't havebeen as upsetting if they were even just a little bit present in the situation but unfortunately they were not, not even a hintof caring. I'm honestly incredibly disappointed. My experience was ok and I had worse at different locations. It was very quick and easy. Got my order right. No mistake. I... never wanted to eat inside, because I don?t want to deal with people, I always do take out and just eat inside my car, thereforeI won?t have to deal with dirty public bathrooms, stupid people and homeless people. Overall was ok. Nothing fantastic andnothing bad. The only comment I have to make is the English muffin bread was all squeezed, but for the price, my expectationsare also low. Read more
This is the most incredible MacDonalds location I have ever experienced...and I have been to many over the course of 4 decades. ... The lineup was two lanes wide and almost extended out to Macleod Trail...but the pace and efficiency controlled the flow oftraffic perfectly. For this very reason, the food was hot and the fries were fresh and crispy. Fast, Fresh & Tasty food. Longlineup WITHOUT the long wait. I'll be back!!! Read more
Bathrooms are disgusting. Yes, there may be homeless people around this location occasionally, but at least do frequent bathroom... checks and needed repairs. Yes, that?s a broken glass crack pipe on the ground that I had to help my two year old step around. Read more
The employees are kind for the most part. The food is alright, sometimes if ordering through Skip The Dishes they tend to slack... on the accuracy or fullness of their orders which is a pain but expected. The garbage around the property could be bettermanaged, they have enough employees to retain a certain level of cleanliness in my opinion but for its location I suppose itcould always be worse.
