Around 9:50 pm today (November 29), I ordered McChicken combo (by drive through). I requested no mayo. When I got my order,... fries were missing. When I asked for fries, I was told that they charge for the sandwich and sprite only. So I have to buy friesseparately. When my son started eating, there was mayo on the sandwich and he is allergic to mayo. So he didn?t eat it and slepthungry. I saw two girls working. They were loudly talking in their own language without caring for the customer and customer?sorder. I believe there is nothing wrong in talking in their own language but they should provide a good customer service (forwhich they are trained). Read more
Not usually a good McDonald's to go to. Food is consistently cold. Never have I gotten hot fresh fries or a hot hamburger.... Burgers are usually so cold the processed cheese won't even melt on the meat! Fries always seem to be cold, soggy and old. Stafftends to be abrupt, bordering on rude, and considering how busy the place is I find it weird that the food is always cold andsub par. Visit a different location for better food! Read more
Every time I ask for no onions, I get onions. So then after I spend all my time picking these off I get to eat cold food. Please... actually make food correctly. It says not to put something on a burger? DONT PUT IT ON THERE. I swear it?s only this McDonald?s. Read more

Shouldn?t even be getting a star. Went to get breakfast this morning, and I got a chicken McMuffin and a medium coffee. First... off, my coffee was the most grossest thing ever, and my chicken McMuffin didn?t have chicken in it. It was bacon. They are doingnothing about this. This is the 3rd time I have gone and every time there is something substantial they miss in my meal. First was the large fries,... second was 2 cheeseburgers. And tonight. I ordered 20 nuggets and a large coke. I asked for 6 suaces at the beginning of order.They gave me nothing but carbonated water for My coke. And gave zero sauces for my 20 nugget order! I ate 2 nuggets and gave therest to my dog. They are quite dry without the suace. Can we just get one order right please? Read more
They are the most unreliable McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. How is it possible that the multiple times I?ve happen to come here... in the night time, their system just so happens to be down and they can?t make food? Somehow, 3 out of 4 times this has happenedto me. Maybe they should invest in a new system? You?re better off going to the 32nd Ave one, they never disappoint and food isalways fresh. Read more
I feel like your order depends on who's working when you go considering the amount of money we all make you the food should... never be less then what's advertised . I'll admit they've stepped up there game here with new faces but like anything these daysit's a hit or miss for good service.
