Went into this mcdics today....it took 15 minutes after ordering to get two big macs. Clearly they prioritize the skip the... dishes and drive thru while making those that come in wait extended periods of time. I would also like to note the disgustingnumber of flys in this establishment. Recommend the Wendy's across the road. It is also fairly sun par but with fewer fly's. Read more
For even McDonald?s this is the most disgusting location I?ve ever been to. Not only did I wait for 10 minutes at the till while... the cashier was taking drive through orders at the front it gave me A LOT of time to see all the bugs that were in the foodshowcase before watching them pull from it. Absolutely disgusting and should be investigated. Y?all really need to try harder. Read more
Out of every McDonalds in the city, this is our absolute favorite one. They have never gotten our order wrong once, and never... ask us to pull forward and wait unless it's a large or complicated order. Staff are very friendly and always smiling. Thanks forbeing so awesome! Read more

Waited in line for 30 minutes, ordered three happy meals all of which came without fries or sauce and they didn?t give us the... separate order of nuggets at all. The guy taking the orders and receiving payment at the window was watching YouTube, and Iwaited not kidding 3 minutes for him to look up and take the debit machine from me? I am beyond pissed?. I enjoyed my experience at this McDonalds. I was coming here since 3 years old when both my parents worked and we would stop... here before day care. The staff has been so above and beyond friendly; though I have noticed a high turn over rates as of late.They never get my order wrong or have failed to make my special menu item additions. There is sometimes a rougher crowd but thisonly adds to more real experience as the demographic in Killarney is quite diverse. This keeps me coming back to dine in fromtime to time. There is usually a kind elderly woman working at the first drive through window; she remembered me throughout myjourney as a young whipper snapper coming back home after practice stopping for McFlurrys to my adult life fiending for a quickcuppa before the work day. This place never disappoints and usually leads the McDonald?s franchise in promotions. Crack Macsdown the street has noticeably less quality food and I would say this is worth the extra 5 mins drive up the street. I havesubtracted only 1 star for dirty bathrooms but the facility itself is very clean and offers a huge dining room space to sit in;even during Covid. The 1 star reviews in my opinion are from grossly picky individuals. If there was any issues with the pop tapin the summer it has now been addressed. TRY this maccies out! Read more
Extremely slow service and they seem unable to manage their drive-thru during busy times. Ordered two McMuffins and hasbrowns... which somehow took 15 minutes at 10:30am. Despite the wait they came out luke warm and had obviously been sitting around untilthey bothered to bring them out. This is the third time this has happened recently. Recommend either waiting at the window sothey can't forget about your food or just avoiding completely. Read more
