Absolutely terrible service, waited 20 minutes for a single cheeseburger. I asked for extra pickles and no onions on the burger... and I was given a cheeseburger with extra onions no pickles. I was already sick of waiting. I tried to tell someone but it seemsthey don?t care for the people dining in and rather only care for skip the dishes and the drive through. Not to mention thePlace was nasty and stunk. I finally had the manger replace it and she seemed annoyed. I waited for 10 minutes again until I hadenough and asked the manager why the food was taking so Long they said they have orders yet none of the people waiting hadgotten anything. There was tons of food sitting there yet no one was serving anything. Do not come here, It?s a big waste oftime and they can?t even make simple orders right. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Yesterday my family and I went to enjoy a meal or so we thought. We couldn?t enjoy the meal because we had to keep walking up to... the til to correct out meals. Fries were cold, they gave us the wrong drinks and then forgot our happy meal drinks. We justended up walking out without our correct order because we stood at the til to long without being helped. I can honestly say I have never written a review of a fast food restaurant. Today I sat in McDonalds and had my heart strings... pulled. I was touched by the kindness of one of the staff. Her name is Vanessa. I watched as she greeted every customer witha smile. Helped them make their orders on the app or at the self checkout. She offered to bring them their meals and was quickto check in to see how their food was. I almost forgot what restaurant I was at. Honestly I haven't seen that kind of customerservice even in an upscale high class restaurant. What really jerked at my heart strings was the way she talked with theelderly folks that visit the restaurant. Many of those folks live alone and come to McDonalds for coffee. Vanessa's kindnessand big heart not only touches the lives of those who she gives service to, but also those who witness it. She has inspired metoday, to try harder to touch the lives of others in simple acts of kindness. This is not her job...you can tell this is justthe kind of person she is! I also wanted to give a big shout-out to the management team. I have always been impressed thatthis McDonald's believes in hiring inclusively. They have had a young woman working at this location for many years who has adisability. She is included and supported by all the staff. She finds meaning in the cleaning job that she does there at therestaurant. She loves to talk with the regulars and you can tell, that she is valued for her hard work. Way to go McDonalds inleading the way for being an Inclusive Employer and valuing diversity in the workplace! Read more
Told drive through my fries were soggy and cold last time I came and asked if my order could be made fresh. She said "there's... nothing we can do you just get what we have, pull up to the window". My fries were again soggy and gross. I should have gonein to exchange them but the way the drive through person talked to me I thought it would just start a fight so I cut my losses.The food is already cheap, it doesn't have to be cooked like garbage. One of the slowest McDo i've been into. (And i lived in many cities all across the country) Incredibly slow to prep orders. ... Kitchen staff dilly dally their way around the kitchen, 0% urgency to make anything happen. General lack of drive, 7 days/week, all work shift. Read more
This place is the best! I ordered the coffee with milk(always, never with sugar). However it was tasted slightly sugar:( I was... ok. When I keep having breakfast, the McDonald?s crew came to chat with people. I thought she knows the costumers. She came totalk with me too!. ?Hello! Is there anything wrong with your sandwich?? I said about my coffee tasted slightly sugar. Shechanged and brought the fresh coffee for me! Later she helped the old man for connecting free Wifi very kindly:) I have manyexperiences in Canada?s McDonald, the workers kicked out me like a single costumer or homeless like people. Family ordered food from this location via drive in and the food that they received when they got home was sloppy and falling... apart the workers didn?t even care to assemble the burgers with any sort of care. This is the worst location in the city sloppywork poor staff performance and dirty. Everytime you go it?s always something wrong that happens with your order. Food hasgotten more expensive but the quality of food has gone down every year. I wouldn?t expect much from McDonald?s so I have beenchoosing other places to eat at. Read more
