I would have done a review on their survey but I don?t have a receipt. AMY!! Thank you for your amazing service and going above... and beyond. I went through the drive thru and I guess co workers were being loud while she was trying to take my order, therewas a few tries to hear me. She so kindly apologized and was very pleasant. Fast, efficient, order was correct, tasty! This location (Douglas Glen 24 street) is now our new location as our Riverbend (18... Street) location seems to mess up the order 80% of the time, or make you wait 10-15 mins for your food. No problems at thislocation. Awesome service! Read more
Say what you will about fast food, but beyond that, it's a very clean location but the real focus has to be the staff I've... interacted with - all have been helpful and polite, and some consistently do more than one might expect for a fast foodcustomer. They deserve recognition. Read more
As an avid McDonald's patron, this particular location has been highly disappointing - time and time again. Staff here are very... professional and friendly but filling orders is a whole other issue. Check your food before you leave the premises - their QAis inconsistent. On several occasions, we were missing items from our order, did not receive exactly what we ordered and theirportions are terrible. Half filled fries, half filled poutine and missing cheese, mcdoubles were single patty, missing cheeseand no extra pickles as ordered. Frustrating when you don't receive what you paid for and not worth the drive back when yourealize this after you get home. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt over and over again, even speaking with themanager to raise concerns but left with disappointment with continued failures. Again, their staff and manager are veryprofessional and friendly but they really need to assess their ability to fill orders and quality control. Read more

Popped in for a snack on Friday and was not into a burger - so decided to try the poutine and it was awesome! The fries were... cooked perfectly to a light golden brown and most importantly the fries were hot! I often sit here while my car is being serviced at a nearby shop. I?ve been coming here 3-4 times a year for years and I can say... the staff make all the difference. Ruth-Anne, a friendly, hardworking lady who?s always there to great people, is a big asset tothis location. Customer service is everything & she & her team are always bright and smiling (behind the masks rn), first thingin the morning. I get my meal quickly delivered to the table (or for takeout), and it?s always hot & delicious, I think this isone of the best McDonald?s in Calgary. The staff are helpful and look like they enjoy their jobs & helping others. The store isvery clean and drive threw always seems to be running efficiently in the morning. Read more
It's an ok McDonald's in the area. Food can be hit or miss at times, if it was consistently always good I'd give it a 5 star... rating, but in the evening the quality tends to go way down and you run the risk of a soggy/cold french fry and luke warm burgerexperience. Consistency of good food at all hours is needed. Read more
