You would think a clear drive thru is grounds for quick service and you should be out within 10 minutes at most. Do not be... deceived by the clear drive thru because they are parking every order and what should be a quick grab and go turned into a 20minute wait for three small sandwiches, a large black coffee and a large fry. Oh, and they still forgot to check the bag andinclude the sauce we asked for on the side. I have worked in a drive thru before, and know what to expect during peak times-soam pretty reasonable but this location is consistently outrageous in terms of service. Read more

Tough go for them today. Maybe it's the Monopoly Game currently I'm full swing. We weren't sure if we received the correct... drinks, no straws or serviettes in the bag. Sandwiches weren't a that happy to see us either. I solved the beverage question bygoing back in the store and self serving new ones. Usually they're decent here but recently it's been different . I am fair-minded with my reviews (please check my profile for proof), and would give this place -5 stars if I could. Customer... Service is lacking and the food I just brought home is luke-warm to warm at best. The french fries were cold....BTW the drivefrom this place to my home is about 7 minutes on a bad day. They just don't take proper care with their standards and watchingan employee mop the floor using a very dirty bucket of water is additional proof that ownership should do a system check forquality assurance to ensure that all standards are exceedingly high. Overall decent and convenient on my way out of the house, but they're so incredibly bad at getting my coffee order correctly... (maybe 10% success rate if I'm generous) that my wife gifted me a coffee fix-it kit for fathers day with stir sticks and sugarpackets. Read more

This place is pretty good and they are somewhat fast with the orders. I would give it a 3 star but, about two years ago me and... my family placed an order and we waited a whole HOUR for our food. We asked what was taking so long and they said they never gotour order. So, we re-ordered and it took them another 15 minutes to get us our food. They've improved, but they still mess up onthings like giving me pickles even though I asked for none. Read more
