I enjoyed eating-in here. I'm not one for McDonald's but I was hungry so why not. There was barely anybody in there as school... hadn't let out for lunch yet so I was able to order immediately and received my food quickly. I had asked what they had for kidscolouring pages now and they asked the manager and she went and looked everywhere in the back for some. She came out with 1activity pack from Sing 2. I said sweet and asked if I could get 3 more if possible as I have 4 kids and she came back with 7more packs for me. So some of the neighbourhood kids got activity packs too ???? Read more
My three son's, my nephew and I went to this location for lunch before swimming at the pool. The cleanliness at this location... needs a lot of work. There is debris everywhere on the floor. You can see dried on ketchup on the stool. Residue on the walls. The ketchup dispenser is filthy. Most likely the pop fountain has not been cleaned and well maintained. We were hard pressedto find a clean table. It was basically picking the least filthy. The bathrooms are a mess too. I wondered if the restaurantis this dirty in the front where customers are and can see things. Then it must be as bad or worse standard in the food prep andcooking areas. Can't give mcds 5 stars. They know their worth. Some places be dry and cold, but that's just because of timing and stuff. Give... them ma and pas restaurant a chance. That's why the two stars. Low key it's my place to eat. Don't care what no one says aboutmcds not being that first place date. Man eat so much for 20$. Read more
This is a good branch to go to! This branch has the BEST staff! But please, if you are an entitled, impatient, and a KAREN that... complains about every little thing you see + the audacity of calling the staff rude/yelling at them just because you wanted themto treat you like a VIP? there was a piece of plastic in my cheese burger? made a mistake with the location, i try to avoid this mcdonald?s at all cost... because the last time i ordered ( over a year ago ) there was a dead fly in my fries and a hair in my burger. very unsanitary,each time i?ve ordered there?s something in my food. and was only refunded $16? when my meal didn?t even cost $16. Been living near this location for 4 months now. I visit 2-3 times a month and have always used the drive thru. Extremely slow... service for having 2 intercoms and 2 pick up windows (along with the payment window). I also often request a couple items beleft off my burger and they quite often take off the wrong item. Taste and quality also varies quite a bit. Doesn't stop me fromgoing though, I really don't expect much from mcds. Update: well been living here for over 2 years and not much has changed.The only thing they typically get right is my coffee (which is typically all I get from here). Decided to get a big Mac right at11am. Should be fresh right? Wrong... Not even warm and I had to wait like 5/10 minutes at the last window for it. What was thewait if my Mac isn't even hot? I highly suggest against not ordering pickup from this location. I know they're understaffed for being next to the high school... and they put up with a lot of bs, but it really doesn't excuse giving a customer an order which they have been waiting for, forthe last 30 minutes. I never agree with ripping on fast food or retail workers but they unironically handed my dad 30 minute oldburgers and melted milkshakes as if that was acceptable. Just go through the drive thru or go inside and use coupons, don't getpickup. Ps: I worked at McDonald's, they broke several company policies when they handed my dad old food because they wouldn'tcome out to drop it off. If I could give this location no stars. I would. Seems like every time I go there. They always screw something up. Kids... laughing in mic when you order over the intercom. Fries were soggy and cold. Mc Crispy wasn?t even crispy, drinks tasted likethey were watered down. This is just one of many experiences at this location. Worst McDonald?s in this city by far. Don?trecommend to go there.
