Worst McDonald's out there. Waiting 20 minutes in drive Thu and didn't even get to the order box, backed out and called multiple... times, kept going to voicemail. Also came here last week and they were just sending all the cars to park even tho there was noline and had two girls literally running food from the window to the cars, I asked why they were doing it this way and she saidbecause they couldn't make the food fast enough... Just a thought but maybe if you had the two girls in the kitchen instead ofthe parking lot then maybe you could make the food faster... Don?t ever go here at night. I?m pretty sure there was a single person working and they were taking one order at a... time,fulfilling it and then taking the next. A line of 6 cars took us 45 minutes. Then, the fries were cold. Garbage. Read more
I come to this McDonald?s before the rush typically 4-5 times a week for a coffee before work, about 2-3 times I leave empty... handed because I am told that there are more important things then my order, the senior staff are insufferable and it?s evidentin the way they treat you they hate their jobs because I?ve never been treated so poorly in the service industry. If you enjoywaiting in line while the staff neglect you this is a fantastic place to be, the staff diverge blame to one another and neverend up helping you out, expect long waits for less then mediocre food and service. Been consistently coming to this McDonald's as it's the most accessible one to where I live, and the service is generally good,... staff is nice, if not overworked, and the food is averagely good. Unfortunately, the last two days I've come by, theirdrive-through has been a nightmare. Cars are backed up all the way out into main traffic, impeding access, and it's all becausethey are only letting one car through at a time, waiting to fulfill that order entirely, and only then letting the next carthough. I understand that corporate jobs demand good fulfillment times on orders, but if you've got a car waiting 20 minutes atthe speaker before they're even greeted, I'm not sure that good times will change how awful that experience is. I highlyrecommend avoiding this location after 10PM, as that seems to be when this generally starts happening. Read more

We have been to this McDonald's numerous times. It is almost always busy so the food is consistently fresh albeit always a bit... of a wait. They move fast to get your order ready but the sheer volume and popularity makes it a wait. No fault oftheirs. Recently, we popped in for a McNuggets meal. Using the mobile app to order, it initially redirected us to the 17 AvenueMcDonald's. Upon switching to this restaurant, we discovered that the upgrade to large fries was only 40 cents compared to 80cents more at the 17 Avenue restaurant. Good to know that this one charges less than the 17 Avenue one! Read more
Worst mcd I be ever been to. This place is a mess. There is no system in place, the kitchen is a complete chaos, a couple of... people walked out because the service was so slow.
