Ordered off of skip and this is the large fries. Did they run out? Are the fries coming out of the employees pocket? - the fries... were not spilled in the bottom of the bag, this is what they sent. Who works there on sunday nights and why does this seemacceptable? Hilarious. Considering the fact when we arrived the were going through a system update. Drive thru was closed and the self order boards... also down. With all this said, the young man (shift manager ,I know by the color of dress shirt) not only dealing with updatewas super calm. Some customers of course were either cussing about delay or walked out. My son and I shook our heads, do peoplenot understand technology in today's day? I want to make it known that this young man "held down the fort" with amazingcourtesy. He kept SO CALM and remained very professional. I was so impressed with this young man. He could not have handled itany better. I know managers read all reviews and check numbers constantly. So to the 2 managers that do this .....I honestlywant to give a shout out to this young man. It was on Sunday Oct/09. I personally believe that he definitely should berecognized for this! Outstanding job for handling the whole situation just amazing! I would give 10 stars if possible!!!!! Staff and service were very good. The drinks counter was not cleaned for some time. Was there for breakfast and fries from the... night and straw covers left . Counter stained from pop spilling. Day manager Josh started and was immediately cleaned. Kudos tohim. We did mention to him we were pleased he looked after it. This McDonald's is usually very well maintained and cleaned andconsider it our neighborhood McDonald's. The manager is who makes or breaks a business. Again thanks Josh. Read more
Stopped for a coffee at my local mcdonald's. Staff was great. Very friendly and quick. Cleaned behind the counter between... customers. Counter by the drinks didn't get cleaned until 8am. Old french fries and spilled drinks were sitting on the counterfrom the night before. Josh stated he just started work and immediately cleaned it. Read more
Ordered on mobile, went into the restaurant to pick up order. My order number was on the screen as in process, then disappeared.... I approached one employee at cash register to ask if my order was cancelled or picked up by someone by accident. Even before Ifinished my sentence, I was told to wait until my number is called out. I don?t mind of wasting a dollar on ice cream cone soafter waiting for another 8 min, I left restaurant because I felt I was treated as not a valuable customer. I know it was quitebusy time but employees better listen to customers. Read more
Complains: 1. Wash room faucet in not working. No paper to dry hands 2. Coffee not hot enough 3. Ordered blueberry was charge... but not given had to go and check on them. 4. Some staff polite but others having a bad day. Read more
For a busy as they get on lunch rush they manage to get my order right every time. The fries always on point. Big Mac wasn?t... falling apart and the Jr chicken wasn?t to saucy for once. Staff was great and the atmosphere decent for a McDonalds. If your inthe area and need something quick make sure to stop by this location. Read more
