Not comment on the quality of the food. My 12 year old was in today and ordered food. He had a gift card however the person... behind the counter did not know how to work the machine so ?forced? my kid to pay with cash. Now he paid for this food as wellas unable to use his gift card. Not impressed with this type of action and attitude towards young ones. Maybe go next door toto Wendy?s? Although can?t use the card their either I guess? Read more
The food is good but the service keeps getting slower. Drive thru keeps sending me to park and wait, so I decided to skip that... step and just do curbside. 15 min later I still have to go in to find out what's going on. In the end it's still first worldproblems right!? Read more
There were two drive through lanes. I was there first while the other lane was empty, but the girl asked me to wait, until... another car coming to the other lane. And she served the other guy first. That's why you get a 1 star. Read more
FOOD POISONING ALERT. Ordered $75 of mcdonalds to feed my family of 5. It all appeared okay, but a few hours after eating it we... all had food poisoning and spent the night throwing up. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager, as I feel it is herresponsibility to ensure good food handling practices. However she was dismissive, didnt want to discuss the issue. She gaveme an external phone number for some customer service line. I must strongly suggest that everyone stay away from thisrestaurant, do not order from or dine here because there is a risk of severe food poisoning. Read more
Kudos to Ben! Exceptional customer service. I went through the drive through for my food and was given my food by a very... personable person. When I drove off and tasted the fries, they were cold, so I turned around and went back to the inside to askfor new fries. As soon as I walked in, the same person acknowledged me and I asked if he remembered me to which he said yes tomy surprise even though it was 2 minutes prior. I told him my issue and saw that fresh fries were going to be done in 1.5minutes and asked if I could wait and I said yes. As soon as it was done, I was given the fresh fries, so thank you Ben foraddressing this in a very fast manner. Read more
Gross looking squished burgers, not to mention the dark brown lettuce and mushy chicken burger! Plus to add ordered two kids... meals and only get one complete one the other just came with nuggets! I've been there a few times now as it's the closest to my house but it seems like they get my order correct maybe 1 out of every... 4 times and then the burgers come squished. They also always make you pull over in the drive thru onto the main road even ifthere's no one behind you, which then causes poor visibility for vehicles pulling out of McDonald's. Read more
