I live very close so I order often. Normally the fries are stale or cold but I can get past that because I?m not a fan of fries.... What really gets me is that 3 days in a row I ordered just a hot chocolate?. What comes instead is a hot cup of milk. I?vecalled and said he either the machine is broken or someone forgot the chocolate. Today I was told to order extra chocolate ifit?s not strong enough? I?ve stirred and stirred and I promise not a single pump of chocolate has been in any of my recentdrinks. I was told to call during the day to speak with a manager and that they couldn?t help me since it?s just ?not strongenough?. If I could include a picture I?d be adding 3 pictures of my warm milk? This McDonald?s has a great location but I don?t know why the Drive through takes so long!! I had to wait about 30 min last... Saturday Sep 10th. I am not expecting 2 min wait I understand.. But 30 minutes for not even 6 cars in line? Also I was justthere today and again they don?t give me what I ordered. Sorry for the bad review, but it?s enough for me to not come to thislocation anymore. Unfortunately it?s the closest from my work. This is not to offend anybody just to make you better in thefuture. Just go to a different location. Save yourself the hassle. Consistently 20 min waits for the simplest orders. Something is... always not working or not available. Today - no tea?? Kids are polite, but the minute the window closes its horseplay andgoofing around, while you sit there and wait and wait, with your order right in front of them. Do they not know we can see andhear them? Seems like there isn't anyone in charge here. Kind of a shame. Might be time to pester management to re-pave thatpothole ridden drive thru lane. Read more
I understand other people's complaints. I visit often enough to have had amazing service, more often than not. Occasionally a... missed item but overall very good. The drive through staff are quick and efficient. They've been in service through COVID andkept me from starving. No matter your opinion be kind to staff. They were in a risky spot during a pandemic. This is my first ever personal review of any food business. I have to state my experience at this very specific McDonald's. It's... a very frustrating place to just stand in. Staff either do not care about their jobs, or have been given the absolute minimumamount of training. Orders are wrong, food is barely good enough, and each time I am inside waiting for my order, there isalways at least 1 customer that is equally frustrated with their experience here. I am currently waiting for my coffee at thefront counter. There are 3 staff members just talking. I have to be the one the one to state why I am waiting and what I amwaiting for. The manager serving us was really frustrated and does not understand the McDonald's mission , serving customers with a smile and... getting those in a rush out quickly. Our order was done quickly but the lady in front of us had to wait while he tried tofigure out his register. Please train him in using a cash register and customer service. If I was not on a date with my wife, Iwould have said something to him. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE my.order is.messed up . I asked for a plain cheeseburger so I... don't know why you would throw onions on it . Staff seems nice. They appear to genuinely want to deliver good customer service but, unfortunately, this place is very poorly... managed. I?ve decided to write this review after they screwed our order about 5 times in a row, typically, when I?m in a hurrywith three kids in the car. Also, the fries here are typically stale and rubbery.
