I wasted my money with this people, we order 2 burgers and guess what? nothing inside, barely had the meat, I wonder why they... ask the customer be patience if they are a bunch of useless people starting with the manager. The quality control at this location is 10% at best. Some days you come and the staff are on point, most days you come the food... is cold or stale, with many mistakes in one order. Very disappointing given the prices you pay. When you reach out to thecompany or the store, they smile and don't do anything to improve. Please hire trainable staff and properly train them. I ended up throwing it in the garbage when I got home. It was like it was sitting under the heat lamp for a week. The fish was a... hard hockey puck and the fries were gross and dried out. I know it?s McDonald?s so I wasn?t expecting gourmet but edible foodwould be nice. Read more

Horrible service, keeping customers waiting way too long. There was a gentleman in the restaurant before me waiting for his... order for a very long time. I waited at the register to order for nearly 5 minutes. The gentleman that had been waiting had onlyordered a coffee and muffin which should at maximum take 2 minutes for him to get. It was not busy whatsoever. I ordered just asandwich and had it in my hand less than 30 seconds after paying, meanwhile the guy is still waiting for his coffee and thestaff are not making any haste to serve him. Also, nearly every available table was filthy, as if it hadn't been cleaned at allsince the previous day. I worked for McDonald's for many years as cashier and service, and that's completely unacceptable. Iwon't be coming here again. Read more
Today I go get the Happy meal for my son, when I leave, I ask for a pack of mayo for my chicken Burger, and the lady told me it... need 30 cents for the, then I go home, not surprised, I didn't get my apple slice and the syrup for pancake, never can get allmy order, right!? Last time forget the toy for happy meal (you don't know how important it that? Worst service in the city. Save your time, money, and mental health. I will never frequent this mcdonald's again. After constant... mistakes and no recognition from staff. Ordered through skip the dishes. We recieved our order pretty quick which we thought was odd. We look in the bag and everything... in the bag was wrong and did not match the outside receipt delivery numbers. I understand it was a mistake. So I called thelocation to let them know of the error while we messaged Skip regarding our refund. The staff member apologized but she tried topin the issue on the DRIVER. She said he just picked up the bag and left. I told her that is not fair on the driver . The driverpicked up the correct delivery number that was taped to the bag and the bag was already sealed with the wrong items inside. I'mnot trying to find blame in the staf either but take accountability. Know that maybe the staff is undertrained , maybe notenough staff , or maybe it was just a mistake on your side. My sister works in fast food and I completely understand if thereare internal issues that make it hard to do your jobs. 1 star because at least we had the right RECEIPT . Read more
