I drive thru this particular McDonald's 3-4 times per week as I work nearby. I use my app to take advantage of offers and as a... bonus, you even get points. This morning, they advise me that it is cash only (no problem) but we cannot give you the offer asthere is no wifi. I asked that the manager just override the price as I clearly had the app open on my phone. "I am unable"she says. I am of the age when everything was done manually when I was young and I work with customers daily as well. DO NOTtell me that you cannot do anything. This was a classic practice of Sales Prevention. Drive through late night after being on the road for five days grabbed my car at shop and stopped here. QP/w cheese , 6 nuggets... , hamburger for my pup and chocolate shake. Went to pay with wallet on phone and did not work master card or bank card. Luckily my wallet was in my duffle bag in trunk .so used card . Anyways the lady was awesome, super patient with me and totallyunderstanding . Got my food and headed home. Burgers we great and it filled the gap as I didn't feel like cooking at midnight Read more
Do NOT EVER get breakfast here. They're absolutely horrible. They were too slow at their jobs so they locked the doors to the... restaurant because they couldn't keep up with the drive through. Unfortunately, I ordered through the app to pick it up at thecounter (but again, the doors were locked) and instead of coming to speak to me, they just signaled to go through the drivethrough even though my order should have been ready and on the counter. Also, there were already 3 customers inside... so themnot letting me in seemed extra ridiculous. After going through the drive through, they still took forever to do their jobs. Iwaited at their outdoor menu/speaking box thing for 5 minutes and all they said was "hold on". Finally, I got fed up and droveto the first window and of course it had a sign that said "pay at next window" even though the purpose of adding the firstwindow is to streamline the process of paying and drive thru pickup... It took about 5-7 mins per car to leave that window...I'm not sure how slow you can be.. even if you're understaffed. All in all, from the time I ordered to the time I actually gotmy food was about 30 minutes... which is ridiculous if you are trying to get food quickly before work (which I assume is thecase for 99% of the customers there in the morning). My coffee and food were cold by the time i got them. At the end of theday, this was the most annoying and frustrating food experience I've probably ever had. The only reason they are getting 2 starsis because I sometimes go there for a coffee on weekend evenings and the younger staff is very polite. The morning manager theresucks though and whoever does the morning scheduling. Read more

Unfortunately, this McDonald's wasn't that great for my breakfast on a Sunday at 7:30 a.m. my hash browns were just above room... temperature. My coffee was not hot. My sandwich was the warmest of the three but still not hot. Read more
Reciept added. I ordered a habenoro chicken burger. They first gave me. Mc chicken. And then I went back and ask for change.... Staff was really rude. They gave me another one. I paid for the leaf lettuce but this burger had no lettuce at all. Just fewonions. I understand they are busy. But it doesn?t mean they will decide what I am gonna have in a lunch if I order at theirrestaurant. Read more
Staying down the road at the Sheraton, and have stopped here quick twice. Both times there have been issues. The first they... couldn?t take the McDonald?s app code or any cards (cash only) and the second time I asked for extra sweet and sour sauce, and Igot none. Didn?t know until back at my hotel, so sitting here eating dry nuggets and fries. They need to be checking their orderslips because it clearly states what needs to go into the bag! Read more
