I visited this restaurant in night and order Mc crispy meal and hit chocolate as my drink. I also asked them for onions in my... burger. I got my order with half done fries and Hot chocolate tasted like just milk. I requested them that this tastes like milkand missing whip cream as well. 1 star is too much for them. not recommended if you looking to buy food from this location. Extremely poor customer service. I... ended up on wrong order for many times. I usually buy food from this location for my kids. I live 10 minutes away from thisplace. I take the order, go home, family are waiting for food but when I open the bag something different inside????. Howfrustrating? A lady works in the morning shift with blond ???? hair or would say mistaken supervisor doesn?t know how to dealwith customers. She doesn?t seem like her job. Just a quick stopover to use the washroom to ease myself. Their bathroom is neat, and the sitting area is very tidy. This... Macdonald's is easily accessible, and they are open 24 hours. As usual, many people were buying meals, and they were as busy asalways. Their staff were courteous, friendly, and calm. They have lots of parking spaces, and the drive-through was notcongested. Quick service, dinner for 2 to stay was jammed into small bag with napkins soaked in juices and oil. Cheeze was never on a... grill, just slammed into a burger. This was absolutely terrible service and follow up service as well. Lady gave me a Mc chicken when I ordered a hamburger with a... flat pop no ice. Then a lady proceeded to tell they didn't have that order on the phone and hung up. The staff definitely needsto pay attention when there taking orders and definitely don't serve a flat pop without ice. Very disappointing service, to badfor me your the only place open after 11pm.
