My recent visit proved to be a great experience, in the past, this location grossed me out because it was unclean, this time it... was the first time I had dined in at this location since they opened, and besides the basic dirty table, everything else wasgreat, the workers were polite, the GEL was helpful, kiosk service was quick, it was a generally great lunch. I have to say a BIG thank you to Team Leader "Gurneer" for having amazing customer service and taking care of her customer every... single day, especially in the morning! We all know how the first coffee will set up your day. I believe she deserves to be in amanagement position moving forward, to set up a proper benchmark for customer relations in this industry. One word. Said twice. Jen Jen. They should rename this location MCJenJens because this gal is the star of the show here. Always... incredible service no matter the time of day or size of the order or how busy she is. PS. She's a mother to six, going toschool, and has other jobs! This lady deserves endless blessings and awards. McDonalds is cool but the 5 stars are for Jen²...plus she's hot as hell so her smile alone can change your day ... but even if she was a goblin she'd still get 5 stars. Had a bad experience with an accident in the drive thru. Terrible pain in the butt but the staff were so kind and helpful,... especially the manager Nick. For such a bad day, instead of making it worse they definitely went above and beyond to help.Appreciate it. Read more
Dirty and slow sums up this review. One of the slowest (9 min) teams around, just to get a burger and cup. Tables weren't... cpeaned off. All 4-5 employees were running around bairly filling orders. Could cut the frustration in the air with a knife. Just heard employees apologizing by complaining about staffing issues. Will not be back to this location for a while. Read more
Very clean and modern. Spaced appropriately if you need a work station. Fries have been very undersalted for the last two... times I've been here, not sure if it's just a management choice. It's good to have less salt but this is on sad levels of nosalt. Read more
