Mcdonald's never disappoints me. It's a skill to have the burger Pattie and lettuce out of the burger with such a consistency... every single time. Mcdonald's used to be quick and cheap and okay in quality. Now it is not quick, it is not cheap, and thequality is below average. The two starts are for coffee and fries. Read more

Consistently the worst McDonald?s in Western Canada. I work on the road and have been to McDonald?s all around the country, and... almost every single one in Alberta. This one has to be one of the worst. Absolutely horrible service, half the items are alwaysout of stock. The employees have no idea what they can and can?t serve. In the last 5 times I?ve been to this location, all 5orders have been messed up. Been over charged atleast twice along with other issues. And I?m not talking about it?s cold orthere?s no nugget sauce, I?m talking you order a Quarter pounder and get a jr mcchicken. Double double coffees are always servedblack. I?m not even gonna go on about how bad the drive thru is, you can figure that out yourself if you?re dumb enough to comehere. Notice how all the high reviews are from many months or years ago? Bun was old and crusty on my Big Mac, meat tasted old, way too much sauce (surprising I know); fries were not cooked anywhere... near enough, they were limp and over-salted; nuggets were old and squished to half the size they usually are! Today, I had a decent experience from Mcdonald. Usually I have something to complain about but today, it was okay. My two dollar... snack wrap tasted so much better than the bacon big mac. When is poutine coming back to MCD? (4 Star Before) After being toMcdonald today, this place is absolutely disappointing. They forgot sauce for my 10 piece and didn?t even offer sauce at thewindow. My grand big mac is old, the patty and bacon taste old and dry. The bun is crusty and dry. It was a bad experience and Ihope they improve their customer service. Read more
I was really upset by this Macdonald Service. We went into this McDonald on Thursday 1:30 pm, just order 20 chicken nuggets, 1... Oreo ice cream and a smoothie. After ordering, we wait so long for the smoothie. Some People after us already got food, but wewere still waiting. Our number was even removed from the screen, but nobody on the smoothie section did our drink. This is notfirst time we were waiting so long. Last time, they ran out of ice cream, but I waited for 10 minutes to be informed by no icecream.They should let us know when I ordered on the counter. Read more
Based on my experience at this McDonald's I would not recommend this particular restaurant. I ordered a Big Mac, what I got was:... a bun top and middle slice together with no patty(or anything at all in-between) followed by toppings and 2 patties then the bunbottom. When I asked for a refill on my soda I was told McDonald's does not offer free refills of soda anymore. This McDonald'sdoes not offer the same consistent experience I have found in other McDonald's restaurants. Read more
