The workers blatantly ignored me, like deadass even said hi to me while i was waiting at the counter AND WALKED AWAY! I ended up... waiting so long i eventually had to give up and use the machines, that NEVER get cleaned btw. Just terrible TERRIBLE customerservice. I sadly didnt catch his name but i really wish i did. I've worked at many places that involves customer service and iwould never do this to a customer. Read more

Grand Big Mac is missing cheese on both sandwiches. Tiny strip is sticking out the side of one to make it appear as though there... is cheese on it. I guess the staff like to take ingredients off customer product to consume for themselves. DO NOT ORDER FROMHERE. Restaurant and staff cannot be trusted. Read more
Usually I come here when management is not around and the staff are very polite. I came here today, ordered from the mobile... stand at the front and stood to the side of the till to wait for my order. While waiting on the side for my order, managementsnapped at me and asked me if I was ready to order. When I told her I already had and stepped further to the side she scoffedand continued to go yell at the staff to hurry up. I'm surprised your normal staff are still so polite when their manager seemsto be a nightmare. Read more
It happens too many times that they miss something in my order, sometimes it's small sometimes its almost half the order and... it's always something missing and not extra. If you sit and check you order at the drive through they act like you're beingrude and yes that is holding up the entire line but if you park and then come in afterwards when you check your order, you'rewaiting in line again at the front again just to get the correct order and ultimately the time they tried to save they lost withall the mistakes they make. It's always the morning shift that messes up, the afternoon and evening rarely have issues. I prettymuch blame the poor management and whoever is above them pushing them, likely the owner. I'd rather wait longer for my orderthan to go through that entire process. I can't even remember the amount of times where I thought to myself 'it's not even worthit to go back in line again' and you drive off losing money on the stuff you didn't receive, they probably make bank on justthat situation alone. Also this location is more expensive than the Riverbend location for the exact same order. Read more
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese to only recieve a patty with cheese and bacon. Where is my buns. Wouldn't be so bad if... I got a wrong order that i could eat. Can't even enjoy a wrong order with no buns. This mcdonalds is terrible. Not happy.Called for 20 min straight to see if they could skip me a new burger. Noone answered. No automated anything. Guess mcdonaldsjust gets my money. Update **over a week later. Still haven't heard anything from mcdonalds or there customer service aftercalling and leaving emails and leaving my phone number. We usually wait forever for food. And this time the lady hit our truck door with the metal pole they use to give people the... debit machine. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone cause clearly the workers are under competent for what they are doing. Read more
