The food, obviously was MacDonald's. If you love it, you love it, if you don't, you don't. I think it's great, once in a while.... My main issue this particular trip was the huge line up at the drive-thru. It wrapped around the parking lot and back out theroad. So I have been going to this McDonald?s for years, it?s close and sometimes I need a quick bite, but this McDonald?s, there?s no... such thing as quick. Save yourself time and drive to another McDonald?s especially at night. The workers don?t know how to makefood properly, give the correct items, and it takes an hour at night just to order your food and get it, every time! This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to!!! I stood at the cash for 15 minutes before finally just walking out! I was... completely ignored. The man in front of me was there because they messed up his order and other people who were there BEFORE mewere still waiting for their orders!!! But the drive through was moving nicely it seemed. More often than not they miss something on your order. Don?t wait home to check your bag. This is the summary of my visit today:... Had to wait several minutes at the front of the drive through (they mentioned that the same employees taking the order also workon it), missed the large fries from the order and the Sprite was 100% carbonated water (absolutely no flavour on that drink). Iunderstand these are though times to staff these type of businesses, but this is not the standard you expect from a multinational franchise. Read more
About a week ago we ordered from this location through skipthedishes and the delivery driver forgot half of our order at the... restaurant. One of the employees who noticed phoned me right away and let me know and then proceeded to deliver the missing foodto our home themselves. This was truly going above and beyond and I very much appreciated the extra effort they put in to ensurewe got our food despite the delivery drivers error. 10 stars if I could for the fabulous staff at Crowfoot McDonalds! It?s my first time at this location in the morning and they were quick, food was hot a ready. I order some donuts and they were... soft and tasty compared to ?cough Westbrook Walmart?s location handing out rock hard ones cough? and the coffee was on point.Will make this my daily spot for morning runs.
