Several times now lately I've gotten either the completely wrong order, or they didn't give me part of my order. They are very... good at making it right which is why I didn't give a lower rating, but they get my order wrong way more times than the odd humanerror. Read more
This location is one of the few where food is always hot and tastes fresh. They must be good with discarding food which is past... the holding time, which is much appreciated. I?ve been to too many locations where the food tastes like it was cooked an hourago. Well worth driving a few extra miles if you want hot fresh food. Read more
Just terrible. They take no pride in customer service. There is no order to there service. I ordered a begel with cream cheese... and they just put a big blob in the middle. I don't know how you can take pride in serving that to a customer. Management, it'stime to step in and manage the place better. Read more
Just an honestly terrible experience which I?ve come to expect from pretty much any mcdonald?s at this point. 15 min wait to get... 2 snack wraps? and they both opened and looked like this. Can the business owner please properly train all their staff? Read more
Been in and out quite a few times at this place since it opened a few years back. The staff are friendly and orders get... delivered fast. It is a very nice and quiet place and it is never getting too crowded . Tables get cleaned pretty much on timeand the place is very clean. I have seen the young manager or lead hand dealing with orders and customers in the front countersince 2019 and he is still there. I guess he is happy staying there so he can put a happy face on others as well. It is one ofthe few places that I feel safe and comfortable staying inside. Highly recommended to everyone. Read more
A perfect place to spend my free time, every time I am craving for my favorite McCafe. This morning, there were only about 3... to 4 tables that were occupied so I had lots of options where to sit (I usually want to sit near the window, where I will have anice view outside). It is crazy, but when a colleague and I came here for a quick coffee, there weren't any customers waiting at the front counter... and it was about 6:30pm on a Sunday evening. As a result we had to wait several minutes to get a worker to come to the counterto take our order. We finally had to yell over to someone to come and take our order. James was apologetic and polite enough,but it is so odd that at a fast-food restaurant that no one even thinks to check at the front counter fir customers. Rightacross the parking lot Starbucks doesn't have a problem doing that. The large Latte was ok. Not super hot and not cold. It wasnot worth standing at the counter again for a long time to correct. The dining room was pretty much empty, but clean. They mustbe making their sales on the drive thru. I guess this is the evolution of McDonald's? Next time Starbucks is there I guess. Read more
