Disappointed. Have had over $50 in wrong food that isn't edible. Can't eat spicy but they give me 2 spicy aost every time. And... no way to get your money back. Unless they give me a credit for yhe wrong orders I wont go back to that location but the quarrypark location is way better Read more
I went to buy fried chicken sandwiches at this place and they are awesome. The staff welcomes you warmly and for me, as a new... customer, they made great recommendations on their big Mary sandwiches. What I also liked was that my order was made on the spotand it's not reheated food (well at least at the time I went there). You have to try the apple pies - really nice. Read more
Food is nice with good price but staff need more training on customer service
I'm a fan of Mary Brown's in general but I would rather drive further and avoid this particular (Marlborough) location at any... cost. Take a look at the size of the chicken I got with my "Big Mary". The Big Mary was not even purchased on Monday when theyhave their Big Mary special. On a previous visit to this location, I happened to walk in as the guy working in the back washelping himself to and eating taters while working in the kitchen. He turned around as soon as he saw us walk in to try and hidethe fact that he was eating in the kitchen but a few seconds later I saw him working on another order again in the kitchen whichmeans there was no hand washing in between picking food up (probably from someone elses order), using his fingers to eat thetaters and then starting to work on another order. I made the mistake of giving them a 2nd chance since they are the closestmost convenient location for me but never again. Not bad chicken strips. Better than Popeye's cause it's less greasy. A bit more flavor than Popeye's but the breading style of... Popeye's is better. The honey mustard sauce is more on the sweet side. The chicken wrap was really good with the chicken beingmeaty. The meat is higher quality than other places. Read more
We went out to have dinner there. Everything was nice except I'd potato wedges. They were a little on the dry side!
