Ice cream served was a melted mess. The cone was broken? and finally the portion was approximately 30% less than normal. We use... to come here often but won?t be back. Not sure if they changed owners or what but today?s ice cream wasn?t worth $5 never mindthe $16+ we paid. Crazy. Read more
This place is a train wreck. The staff were completely overwhelmed - there should have been twice as many working there. I'm... amazed they could keep their composure at all. They had no spoons...was given ice cream in a cup and nothing to eat it with,like a dog dish. Obviously the management here doesn't care at all about customer service, just driving profits. Really bad customer service; requested for 3 flavours in a 1 litre can as I always get it, they did it once but today they all... ganged up on me and simply refused saying they never do it as if I was lying. The ice cream itself was amazing its the service that is very displeasing, I would get broke cones all the time and not properly... mixed ice cream as well as ignorant behavior. I would see them do that to lots of customers as well. Also the employees neverput the customer first they would always be in the back. Read more

Just want to say Shub displayed excellent customer service during a recent busy evening. Shub and her coworker handled the rush... with grace and efficiency. Was a bit surprised the manager wasn?t there helping (line out the door) but the staff did a greatjob overall, esp under somewhat stressful circumstances. Read more
