Visited this store today and the Manager's attitude was really bad. Similar to some of the other customers' comments, he... doesn't seem to like his job. Very poor customer service. The girls in the front are great though. Wish they have a sign toline up for order and payment. People are confused which is the beginning of the line to order and which line to pay. Read more
Seems I?m one of the few to say I got an amazing service at this location compared to what other visitors say. I stopped by with... my mom and cousin to get a few scoops. My mom before a very indecisive lady, literally asked for samples for more than 15flavours and the young man serving us was more than happy to assist her in choosing the flavours she wanted. I remember when marble slab took calgary by storm maybe 15 plus years ago with fresh smell of fresh waffle comes and etc. exact... opposite at this store. Ice cream was watery, the white chocolate oreo? waffle cone was old and can taste that it sat outsidemaybe even for days. Honestly wanted to just throw it away. Bad quality management. Very nice girls serving us. They even have a vegan flavour which tastes kind of tropical to me but I?m not sure what flavour it... is. This is the only vegan flavour. They also have some lactose free flavours I believe it was 2 of them. They have a niceseating area in the hallway of the mall with lights and I think one big fake plant lol. Very cute setup. Although it's a chain, marble slab is one of my favourite ice cream places in the entire world. The ice cream is fresh well... made, and super creamy. The variety of toppings is amazing, and I love how you can mix an unlimited amount. I've tried almostevery flavour of ice cream and they're all great. I love how affordable they are too! Read more
Delicious and made the way you like it. My personal favourite is skor and cookie dough but they will combo anything you want.... Staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. So hard to try new thing when your go to is so yummy. Read more
Worst service in ever Marble slabs locations, nobody care how many people are waiting, they keep you waiting for so long then... run to bathroom right after. Today a fat girl in the front counter ignored me then ran to bathroom right after. Never go back tothis location anymore. There are lots negative reviews at this location, management should have to look into this location. Longwaiting time and no customer service at all. Read more
