I ordered allu prathas for breakfast, but those were burnt when I called them, girl who picked ip call she talked to kitchen... staff and kitchen staff said they don’t believe customer, what the heck is that. If customer is complaining regardingsomething you guys need to appect it. Customers are not fool they paid for stuff they bought. I called in an order for pick up at 5:00 and was told it would take 15 minutes. I told the lady who took my order that I would... like my order prepared for 6:00. When I arrived at 6:00, there was a line up so I waited about 10-15 minutes to get to thefront of the queue to pay for my order. The woman that took my payment told me the order would take five more minutes which Iwasn’t opposed to. It ended up taking almost an hour to revive my order. I wish I could leave 0 star. I ordered a vegetarian food and I got a CHICKEN PIECES in my curry. This has happened twice now.... They didn't care when we went to the restaurant to complain about it. In fact the employee said it's not chicken it's paneer. Iwould never go there again. Read more
