Tried to order on the app would not allow me to put my card information in and was given a prompt to call this specific store... location as it is the closest to my address to fulfill my order. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude andarrogant and told me that they wouldn't even try to help me solve my problem and when I said I would take my business elsewherethey said go ahead I don't care. Absolutely disgusted in the lack of professionalism by this establishment. Hopefully LittleCaesars of the company does the right thing and shuts down and disgrace to their company name like this location... Rude to people with Disabilities! Ordered online the website asks if you have visual impairment or reach restriction but nothing... for notifying of a hearing impairment. I have ordered here a few times never had any problems in past, they email when pizza isready I go through the drive through to pick up. In past I drive straight to the window the person opens asks what order impicking up etc & hands it to me. Tonight I did the same thing as usual the lady didnt come to the window. Aparently there is aspeaker further back in drive through I was supposed to use but i never did before & because im hearing impaired it doesnt workfor me anyway & im not ordering just picking up. They finally realize im at window & open up window young man who wasnt eventhe one with drive through headset on (looks all of 14 years old) yells at me for not using the drive through speaker & isincredibly rude & nasty. I said "Excuse me" ...I was taken aback that they would speak to a customer this way, especially afterdriving in a snow storm to come. I asked again "What did you say to me" he walks off doesnt even have the gumption to follow up& repeat it to my face! I find it ironic that there is a sign beside drive through window saying our staff will not toleratedirespectful conduct etc...how about you face that sign inside to your staff! Im a customer & didnt deserve to be spoken to ortreated like that period but especially not because of a disability i have no control over. Beyond upset I havent been thisangry in a decade. Treat your customers with the same respect you want yourselves!!!! Judging on the many many negativereviews on here about the rude & nasty attitude of staff particularly in drive thru someone in head office needs to be notified. Disgusting lack of management. This little cesars is terrible. They are extremely rude especially the lady that I think is the manager. They screen their calls... all the time. What is the point of having a phone if you are not going to answer it to take orders. I have literally called themstanding at the front counter and they look at the phone and let it ring. I ask why they don't answer and they say they don'tanswer private caller. I was calling before that not as a private caller and they won't answer. They will not answer my number.I can call from my husband's phone and they will answer. I made the mistake of calling from my sons phone after they wouldn'tanswer my call and they put two and two together and as I am literally at the drive through window, my son is calling and themanager lady says oh phone number *** we are not answering that one either. This all started because one time I tried callingand my phone was cutting out, they hung up on me so I called back to try again and from then on they will never answer my calls.This has been going on for months at it is ridiculous. I have a special needs son and do not have the luxury of sitting therewaiting, that is why I order in advance. I will be contacting head office as well as the better business bureau. They couldgive two craps about customers, it is ridiculous. They are also so rude. I do not know how someone thinks it is ok to run abusiness like this. I would have never gone back after the first time but they are the only one in the area and when you have achild with autism you give them what they will eat especially when they have severe food aversion. Great quick stop if you just want some ready to go pizza. They have a drive through or a walk-in at the Mackenzie location. I... was surprised how busy the place was but they were able to keep serving people quickly. The reason for the 5 stars is not thefood but the service, the pizza is not of this world but you get what you pay for. You could easily feed a family of four forunder $30.00. Read more
