Ordered three drinks. Two out of three drinks were missing toppings. Despite asking for regular sugar, it tasted like 30% sugar.... I feel like the Centre street location has better quality. Kathleen is the absolute greatest! Not only are the drinks she makes delicious. Ive been to all 3 kois in calgary, and she is... the absolute best when it comes to customer service. She smiles, and shes kind, and genuinely brightens my day everytime I goin. All the Kois are decent. But this Koi is the best, and its all thanks to her. From what I can tell, she is legitimately theonly person who works there, and whoever owns it, owes her way more then they are giving her. If it wasnt for her, your business would be irrelevant as there is a vietnamese restaurant next door that also sells boba, but they arnt half asnice.\n\nTo the owner: I tried finding your website so I could extol her virtues but you didnt have one. Just happened to pass by on an Ikea visit, and decided to give it a try. It\'s a very nicely designed space, with clean modern... mines, nice lighting and plenty of seating. The menu is more unique than most other bubble tea places I\'ve been to.\n\nServiceis friendly, and don\'t be afraid to ask about the drinks of you are not sure. The drinks do take a little longer than I\'mused to but I feel that it was worth the wait, and I\'m sure they will get faster with time. Stop by and give them a chance! Read more

Great bubble tea location! Chewy and flavourful golden boba pearls. They are on the harder side which is how I like my pearls.... The teas are really nice, I?d recommend trying the Jasmine Green Milk Tea. Interior is spacious and bright, similar to manyother bubble tea spots.
