Ordered take out last Saturday, they said they need 30 mins to prepare which was normal, I got there 40 mins after I placed the... order and thought I can pay and go fairly quickly. It was not the case, I got there around 6:20, asked the employee about myorder, no one said anything about my order not been prepared yet. There were two people ahead of me who were not happy withtheir order being late. I was patient, my order was ready around 7:10pm. The thing annoys me the most was therestaurant/employee didn?t even apologize. Time is valuable, but apparently they don?t care about that. Horrible service. I Placed an order for Salmon and Tuna Sashimi. I Was notified the order was ready for pick up. Arrived at 3:35... to pick up order and was told to wait 2 more minutes as the order was not ready yet. With no other patrons at the restaurant Ithought that was reasonable. Then I was told to wait for my order outside the restaurant. I thought It was ok?When 25 minuteswent by without any communication from the restaurant staff I had to ask what was happening with my order. A guy ran to theback and started talking for so long with someone in the kitchen and after 15 more minutes he finally brought my order and saidthanks for waiting. Ok I am vegetarian so you might find this review unhelpful, but this restaurant has the best veggie sushi options I've found in... the city. So much more than cucumber rolls! I highly recommend the futo roll. We order from here frequently and it's alwaysfresh and nicely prepared. I love you Kibo Sushi! Read more

I had high hopes, but didn't quite hit the mark. The rice was quite mushy, and the rolls all tasted about the same. The spider... crab roll wasn't crunchy at all. The food was prepared quickly and on time and the man behind the counter was really nice. Ijust wished the food tasted better. Read more

This place really surprised me. I wasn't expecting such high quality fish from a take out only place. The fish was super fresh... and the sushi rice was the perfect texture with a subtle flavor complimenting the fish perfectly. This is my new go to place forsushi. I ordered the maki, sushi and sashimi combo and enjoyed every bite. It was so good i came back a few days later and gotthe love boat. The tempura was surprisingly still crispy even after staying in the bag for 45 mins. I also forgot to take a picbefore devouring it. Read more

A couple months ago, we ordered a nice wide array of items for takeout, but the highlight was definitely the Sushi Pizza. Wow!!!... So light and super crunchy! People at the establishment were very friendly and quick. Food was amazing. We would absolutelyrecommend this place to our friends and we will be going back. Support local! Read more
