Have tried this location on numerous occasions and have given them time to sort things out since they are new. Orders are... constantly incorrect with items missing or special requests not followed. The food is rarely ever fresh and hot regardless of apick up or delivery order. Staff does try but it seems like they are at the mercy of management that does not care aboutcustomer satisfaction. Will just stick to the competition when the family craves fried chicken. Read more
Was just helped by ?Ting? rudest customer service, slammed my receipt down, asked a simple question and doesn?t seem like she... wants to work. SO RUDE. I always get food from KFC and they served me this fried bun. I asked them to change it but they would not. I told them it was... over cooked, that the bun was cooked twice. How can you serve this to costumers? Read more
Usually a good place. Most times things are done up just right. Just hit the wrong one today. So I suggest that you check the... chicken before giving it to others. KFC in the area finally, I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing? I'm not ashamed to admit that I love the dirty... bird. We ordered on the app the other day and my spouse picked it up. It was ready and hot when we got it home, delicious. Theapp has great discounts and is well laid out. Other people here seem to have different experiences but come on, it just opened.Each and every one of you will be back despite what your review says because it's delicious. Read more
Should of taken the 1 star reviews seriously. Ordered the spicy famous chicken sandwich tonight and was so confused because it... didn't even look anything like the sandwich they show in their ads. It's as if someone punched the top of the sandwich andsquished the whole thing. Tasted nothing like KFC. Really disappointed as I was really excited that a store was opened here inthe deep south. Disappointed. System crashed. No fries, coleslaw, no dine-in. Chicken size is really small.The sound system is so loud that it's... hard to hear the counter. Should have been 1,but2 stars because of the professionalism of the staff working in spite of thiskind of fastfood. Read more
I was there on November 10 at 6:30 got the speacial 10 piece for $16 dollars & the spicy crunch combo with & two packs of... popcorn chicken. After eating that i and my 3 kids we all got sick the next day vomiting nonstop I had to take my two & halfyear-old the emergency. I call to let the manager know about it and all he said was me let me investigate and talk to my othertwo managers and I?ll get back to you . He never got back to me he never apologize . I?m extremely disappointed at this kind ofmanagement. Made 4 person in one house sick and they don?t care . please don?t eat from there if you don?t wanna get sick. Read more
