This location is terrible. Either the food is stale, or they miss things in the order. Another issue is the app doesn?t work all... the time; and if I try calling them to make a change they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I even called the hotline kfc number tochange my order and they transferred me to the location. No one answered! Today it was 5 attempts before I gave up and cancelledthe order completely. Pick up your phone when customers are calling, otherwise you are loosing customers and money. Which is whyyou are in business right? Read more
I read all the negative reviews and decided to visit countryhills KFC. I ordered their 10 pieces Thursday deal and it was nice... and fresh but their fries were warm and not hot. The two cashiers were very respectful and friendly. I received fast service anddidn't have to wait to long for my order. A piece of advise, lets not only review when we receive a bad service but to alsoreview when we receive a good service as well. Read more
Walked in to get my order today. The staff were all speaking phlipino in the back and laughing out loud while a bunch of... customers in the lobby could hear everything while we waited for our order. Finally got my order the sides were Luke warm, thechicken sandwich tasted like rubber and my Pepsi was warm. My son and his grandfather ate here. They said they liked the food. Ordered chicken, fries, macaroni. All was good according... to them. I personally find KFC expensive. I grabbed a donair and they let me eat it with my family in the store. That wasnice. Bathrooms were really clean. Ample parking. Lady serving us was friendly and service was quick. Ordered two plant based burgers. Halfway through eating the burger my sister said the taste was a bit weird. Looked inside and... on the bottom of the bun. There was mold in multiple spots on the bun on one of the burgers and I ended up discarding bothburgers. Along with my sister, my 2 year old niece was also eating one of these burgers. Unacceptable. Ordered the online deal of 2 Famous chicken chicken burger, 2 tenders, 2 popcorn, 2 fries. After picking up the food and... returning home, I find out the tenders are missing. The famous chicken burger looks tiny, almost like a burger made withtender. Called the branch but no one picks up. Drove back to the location with all the food. Girl at the counter who was takingorder on the POS, took the bag of food and started going through the food in the bag without any gloves or without cleaning herhands first. A second girl came and took over and it was a relief watching her using gloves while going through the bag of food.They gave me the missing tenders. Also, stated they gave the right burger which seemed surprisingly smaller comparing to theprevious time I ordered the same burger. This is the second time I ordered this burger, as I used to order the zinger burgerbefore. Also, stated they had the phone in their back office so they dont hear the ring. Whats the point of having the phonethen. Driven back home with the cold food (only the tenders were warm as they were given the second time) and a lostappetite. After reaching home, I realized I ordered the same burger from another location (near falconridge) when I previouslyordered it. May be I will go to that location from now on. They were so professional, they even called me after I placed theorder to inform that they were going to take additional 5-10 mins as they were preparing the burger fresh for me. Awesome experience! My first time to visit here and i was greeted with a lovely staff! I went there undecided what meal to... order and luckily Ms Diane offered me some choices. She?s knowledgeable of what she?s doing and very informative! I admire herpragmatic outlook towards dealing with customers. Nowadays, if you go to mcdonalds, popeyes etc. They wouldn?t dare to give youoptions ( you come here and order not us giving you option). But Diane gives an exemplary attitude!
