I got a zinger combo with macaroni salad and 7-Up. My hotel was just across the street, and by the time I got to my room, the... food was cold. The zinger sandwich was lackluster and haphazardly put together. The chicken wings and zinger patty were a bithard. The macaroni salad was nearly inedible. Pretty gross all around. KFC Harvest Hills is amazing. The service was excellent, I went to this location around 4:30pm a week ago it was so busy in... there but I was craving KFC so went in, the front staff he was amazing. Greeted me, took my order (repeated order back to me)and told it will take 5 minutes for fresh chicken. I waited and after some time my food was ready. I ordered the Big Crunch Box(Spicy Big Crunch Sandwich) it was cooked fresh the popcorn and the fries were also cooked to perfection. For the side I ordereda biscuit, as always it is absolutely delicious. For dipping sauce I asked for BBQ sauce I got 2 dips, that was very good,. I amvery happy about the service and hoping to be back soon to this wonderful location. Read more
So disappointed. I walked in to order 4 pieces of chicken. The cashier was nice and I got my order before I could even step away... from the counter. I get home and I see 4 tiny pieces of chicken so over cooked that the the bones are exposed on the drumstickand the other pieces were shrivelled up they were so dry. Meat was dry as well. I should not expect much in the first place Buthow hard is it to cook a chicken at KFC? I didn?t want to go back because I came home from work and I was so tired. I gave themeat to my pooch. There have been multiple times I have ordered food at this location and it has been inedible. Today I purchased six chicken... tenders for almost $13. They were about 2 inches long and by the time I got them home they were so hard that we couldn?t evenbite into them. You need to hire better staff that care about the food they are serving your customers otherwise people willnot be eating at your location anymore. There?s a lot other places to eat at that will have respect for the customers and servethem food that is of good quality and value. Read more
This location has been serving really old famous chicken patty, like they are in the warming bin for the whole day and still... serve it to customer. This had happened to me twice, and the only reason I come to this location was they are open til 11:00pm.It?s disappointing that you try to eat something decent and fast food after a tiring workday and this is what you get. We just came back from there. They made us wait 25 minutes for our order and when we got it, the fries weren't fresh. Shriveled... cold and inedible. Then when we got home, they had barely any sauce on the sandwiches and the lettuce was brown and disgusting.I am literally debating calling the health dept on these people. Just cheap, these people! Terrible food and service. No excusefor waiting 25 minutes for chicken and the fries are from 2 hours ago. Too lazy to make fresh. Too lazy to throw out old foodand make a fresh sandwich.
