This location sucks! I ordered 14 pcs bucket of fried chicken, And requested it to fry the chicken extra crispy then the girl on... the till says ?we?re not able to make it extra crispy because our frying has a timer? she?s not even nice at all with theresponse. what the heck that girl.???? We always ordered KFC fried chicken in any locations here in Calgary and we alwaysrequest extra crispy, it?s okay with them and they really did a good job. Unlike this location! I was excited VERY excited to finally have KFC again after a long time. But when I got my order all the chicken, even the... breast, was all rubbery and pink! I have never been disappointed in KFC in my life! Friendly staff however, I ordered take out twice from here and both times I had problems when I got home. First time they forgot... my side of fries that came with my meal which I paid for. Second time I ordered the big crunch burger and it wasn't even warmand had a funny taste that made it not enjoyable to eat. Usually it takes it while to make the big crunch burger but this timeit was ready in one minute. Which was most likely not fresh and was just sitting there in the back. I saw these commercial of the bacon chicken and they look scrumptious and wet my appetite hence the five star. Then I went... looking for KFC and look at their reviews and to my horrors there were so many negative reviews about them on almost alllocations. That tell me that they are very bad and I suddenly lost my craving and confidence of KFC. Looks like you have lost acouple of customers instead of gaining a few. Do the franchise and KFC ever cares.
