Absolutely terrible service. The staff are clearly not trained properly as there were about five people waiting for orders... (including door dash workers) and no one received their food in less than 30 minutes. This is especially frustrating when wewere told it would take 8 minutes. This place has drastically gone down-hill. I have been in the community for over 10 years and this place used to be good, NOT... ANYMORE! The staff are extremely rude, especially the manager; and their inability to interact with customers in a professionaland respectful manner, obviously eludes them. I will NEVER be back. Not to mention, they almost killed me from undercookingthe chicken (food poisoning) When I brought this to their attention..... it was like they were doing me a favour even listeningto me. I even gave them a second chance, but the customer service, coupled with the disgusting food (extremely un-fresh andoften undercooked) has ruined this particular KFC. This has been the case since all the renovations after a fire - So, morerecently. The attitude of the staff & overall negligible service, is appalling. Too Bad,..... it used to be a good spot. Myadvice, avoid it like the plague. The staff is worse than the food here and the food almost killed me, that should tell yousomething, SO condescending & lippy. Unreal. Read more
It was a nice, friendly atmosphere, lovely surroundings and interior design. I ordered two burgers, the one I ate there tasted... nice and good enough but the one I took home, despite warming it, didn't taste as fresh despite it just being 2 hours since theorder. Absolutely horrible. They screwed up our doordash order where they removed items without our consent. Instead of owning up to... their mistake, they tried to force us to order again through the app thus having us to pay double the delivery fee for themissing items. Then, they wanted us to cancel it which doordash wouldn?t give us the full refund. Read more

Omg. I used to give high ratings before this place had the renovations. Don't go to this place. Gravy tastes like they forgot to... put the salt in. Fries tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Chicken had not a single drop of juice left, must have been cookedup at least half a day before and kept in the warmer forever. I bet they do not eat their own stuff. The Manager Lisa should be fired from this place, after receiving the absolute worst customer service experience in my life. I... ordered a 10 piece chicken meal and when I got home there was only 8 pieces of chicken with my order. I called to report theincident the person who I first spoke to (Not Lisa) said they would give me a complimentary 5 piece chicken during my nextvisit, she took my info and all was fine. 5 minutes later I receive a call from the store Manager Lisa, and she stated that therefund was overturned and that her staff know how to count. What kind of an operation has the nerve to call their customersliars!? They should be ashamed. I will never be eating KFC again. Read more
