We came in for toonie tuesday. Which is chicken. That?s it! Huge waste of our time and money. Huge lineup that doesn?t move for... roughly 5-7 minutes. We finally order - they literally made everyone elses order way before our ?toonie? meal?. This isinefficient. The guy had to ask multiple times what our order was - and this is certainly not a ?best place to work? since theydon?t like hiring people. Very disappointed in your customer service. We?re not going to come here, we deserve better. And youall do too. Read more

Probably the best service, quality and efficient KFC I've been too. Food was fresh and tasty. Front counter service was super... pleasant and polite. This place could teach the majority of the restaurants quite a few traits. Read more

I really don?t do this because every place has its bad days but after reading other reviews I wanted to share my experience. A... young lady with red and black hair helped me today. No issues ordering and after I paid and got my drink she asked me to waitout front. She said it would be two minutes and SHE would be bringing out my order. Roughly 10-12 minutes later I?m sitting inthe hot car with my two kids waiting for this food so we can go home. Nothing. So I go inside and I explain the situation andthe same girl who helped take my order could hear me talking to her associates but she was obviously just leaving her shift andcould care less. They told me they didn?t get a receipt to bring out my food so they didn?t even know I was out there. Agentlemen at the front says he?ll bring my food out so I go back to wait. After a few more minutes I thought ?this isridiculous? and I unpack my two kids and bring them inside and my food is SITTING ON THE COUNTER. Just sitting there. Like holy.Bring it home. And it?s wrong. End of rant. KFC is KFC but this is just poor management and communication AND I also feel thestaff lack the capacity to work this job. Read more

Unfortunately ,these Fillipina ladies seems to have a problem understanding English, since my order was screwed up last 2 times... I've been there. Last time, when I came back to let them know that my coleslaw was missing, they were not willing to do anythingto make up for their mistake. Typical gong show even after the reno. Ordered a 2 can share bucket online, got to the restaurant and finally after 10 min had... passed finally got someone's attention. Turns out they hadn't checked the online orders, then proceeded to rush like a possessedperson to fill the order. What I got looked like it had been punted through the uprights. Read more

Every two years I go to KFC so that I don?t go to KFC anymore. Thank god it was as expected this time. Seems they microwaved an... old piece of chicken for the sandwich. But she said they did not. Probably it was under the lamp for sometime (more than thebook standard) I won?t order sandwich anymore. Something is going on with it. Maybe pieces maybe. Gravvy is like flour mixedwith water. See you KFC in 2026 again! Read more
