I ordered delivery from here that included extra sauces about 30 minutes after they opened, got a call shortly after saying they... had run out of honey mustard and ranch sauce, I told them bbq sauce is fine too. A minute later I get another call saying theyhad no bbq and only plum sauce.. how does a chicken restaurant not have 3 of their 4 dipping sauces in stock right afteropening? the chicken tenders were soggy and cold which made it even worse, I'd give a 1 star but the sandwich was actuallydecent after warming it up. Spent over $60 for dried garbage. Never going to this location again. My wife and I went last night to pick up our food and was... so dry and hard. Skin didnt even come off. Will never go to this place again. Read more
I ordered food to go. There was a customer ahead of me, a man who asked to use the washroom the girl at the counter sent him to... the ladies because the men?s was closed, I used the washroom after him and there was no toilet paper and the hand dryer did notwork! We love the gravy! My bf forgot to order gravy so when we called to ask to add to our skip order, they tried but it was too... late When the order arrived they put two small gravies in the order free, we were so stoked! There are the nicest employees here but some of the slowest service I've ever seen along with the closeby Dairy Queen. For a... simple chicken sandwich combo it was a 25 MINUTE WAIT, for a tasty but dry sandwich. The small group ahead of me said theyphoned ahead to place their order but were waiting longer than I was. I'd recommend avoiding this place. UPDATE: I went againlast night (Sept 28) and they set a new record with a 30 MINUTE WAIT and the box tender meal was fresh not good. This isseriously unbelievable and not right for any store and I will be looking into contacting their management to find out why! Read more
A friend bought me lunch it was ok unless you know how much better the chicken is at Popeye's just down the street . Once... you have had Popeye's I'm afraid there is no going back to KFC. Maybe it's just my personal preference but the chicken is justthat much better at Popeye's. I tell you truly , their chicken sandwich is the best I have ever had . Read more
Ordered the two famous chicken sandwiches for $10 deal. They said I?d have to wait for fries, had no idea the deal came with two... fries so I waited. 5mins goes by we get them and the burgers were alright but the fries were soggy and stale tasting. Just got home from ordering here to find that they left out 3/4 of what I ordered, and what I did get is the wrong item. Not... sure how there was such a big mix up since I was the only one in there... if your craving KFC, either go to the one on 16th orhead down the road to Popeyes. Read more
