I cannot believe the treatment I received from the store manager Eleine this evening after calling to explain they forgot the... sides I ordered (Lrg. coleslaw and Lrg. macaroni salad) for the second time. She refused to listen to me and called me a liar(really?!). I am never going to this location again and wanted to share my experience from today, Oct 20, 2022 to help peopleavoid a similar situation. Personally this is the worst KFC I hav ever been too, usually KFC is quite good and I am a fan of their food but this one is not... worth going too. They food as cold and not only that they didn?t even get my order right. I ordered a full meal and a side itemand I was only given 1 sandwich and a drink. Terrible. Ordered 2 three piece meals. Should have checked the order before we left as we paid for the three piece meals and got 2 two... piece meals. Meal was lukewarm. Disappointing to say the least Read more
ordered from drive thru. asked us to wait at the front and give us out the food for 5mins. we?ve been waiting for 20mins. then... we came inside the store and tell us they forgot about it! they did not do anything about it. then we came home, the chicken isso dry and looks old! i think because they?re closing soon that?s why they just give us whatever they have left! i was about tocomplain the day after but I realize they did not give me the receipt even I asked for it. worst?s experience ever! I work with people with disabilities ... sadly this environment is not able to understand that if you order in the drive through... with your community member to avoid them taking pop and running all over means you can't park us and make us wait without foodbecause it causes severe behaviours. Especially when this was explained to the staff as to why I can't leave without his 3 stripcombo. This is a busy KFC location due to its location within the Signal Hill business area. Because of that, the food is usually fresh... and hot. I picked up a Spicy Famous Chicken Sandwich with fries. Both items were freshly made. They apologised for the wait,but I was happy I wasn't getting heater lamp food. The Spicy Famous Chicken Sandwich was crunchy and moist. It was meant tocompete against Popeye's Chicken Sandwich and KFC did a pretty good job. The spicy sauce was welcoming and the pickles added asweetness to the sandwich. This was a delicious sandwich! The fries were classic KFC fries. They are as expected and I enjoyedthem. Staff were smiling and welcoming. They were apologetic for not having the food ready even though I was 5 mins early. Infact, I received my order 1 min before the set time so I have nothing but appreciation for their work. Great team and great KFClocation! Read more
Awful. Terrible!!! I ordered a 4-piece and I got two little miniture legs and a tiny thigh. The Four piece I have NO IDEA... what it was, full of bones and fell apart in my hands. Didn't recognize any of the chicken in the forthpiece...disgusting! Besides that the chicken was not even warm, almost cool. It was probably sitting on the counter for anhour. WASTE OF $13!!!!!!!
