Never an issue using coupons at this location and they never forget about the condiments. My favourite location now.
I got lunch there today. I was not impressed. Fries were way over cooked. And the chicken sandwich was not good at all very dry... and no flavor. I will not go back. KFC is nothing what it use to be. It awful. I grow up eating this every Friday. Back wheni was a kid. Now I wouldn't feed it to my dogs. I showed all my workers today what I paid for. They said the same thing no moreKFC for them. Order with mashed potato, but it was sour and I was pretty sure it was not the right flavor. Talked to the cashier and manager,... and the suggestion was to add some gravy so that you would not taste that - do you really think that is a solution?! Read more
This is my to go store for fried chicken as they have a good deal for 2 extra crispy chicken with popcorn and fries. But today... experience will be my last . After waiting for some minutes i have to explain to the staff my order( my usual one.) And theytold me that they dont have that kind of meal.like i was just making it up.disappointed and angry.i will never come back to thisplace. Complete utter garbage. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered 2 small popcorn chickens online (11 dollars), I walk in to... pickup my order and low and behold they are advertising 2 small popcorn chickens for 6 dollars. The popcorn chickens werelukewarm and half full Their "oven baked" cookies are pre-packaged and worst than the cookies a child would get for free at thegrocery store. Ordered online deal for my staff. It supposed to have chicken, fries, salad in one box so it's easy for me to give it to them.... Ended up coming back as they put all the chicken in one bag, same as fries and salad Like...what the heck, this is not what Iordered. I asked for 11 more boxes so I can separate each order. The lady only gave me 5, I asked for more and he make face.Omg! Not even apologize, this is the worst KFC restaurant. Staff don't even care. Read more
