Well. What to say about my visit to KFC in Midnapore just now? Firstly… hugely disappointed. I bought a 14 piece chicken... bucket. 14 pieces so small they didn’t even fill the bucket up half way. I have some Costco chicken wings that are almost thesame size as the legs. Thighs were tiny. The popcorn chicken used to be the size of toonies. Now the size of nickels. Theydidn’t have extra crispy which was annoying. The fries were also stale and dry. When I purchased a large bucket in the pastand a large popcorn chicken we had left overs for a few days. Not anymore. Product shrinkage is bad and KFC is a level worse.Same price and half the food. I used to eat here regularly and not anymore. This was the last time I get ripped off byKFC. This is now horrible value for the money. Better to have gotten pizza. Read more

Got the coupon for 2 dinner meals for 14.9, went to the store told me that the price change to 16, okay sure i will take it. And... this is what I got, 8 pieces of chicken popcorn, and it was not hot, it was warm. I will email this to KFC Canada as well andmaybe some branch like this need some management attention. Good tasting chicken when they get your order right. This time the chicken was seasoned well and not to salty. Make sure to... check your order before leaving as they can make mistakes. Edit: was met with extremely rude service and that took the starsdown. The management needs to train their staff to speak to customers in a nicer tone. Read more
I hate to always have to check my order. Didn't do it this time and they forgot one of my sides. A family bucket that's not... cheap you expect your sides to be there.... since you paid for it..... just happened to pass by this KFC so bought from herethan the one closer to me. Ordered over $80 through online app. When we ordered the app said we would get a free item. Once we arrived to pick up our... order and asked what the item was ( it was not specified on the app) we showed proof of "free item" on our order yet theydismissed it and tried telling us they know nothing about a item and its applied as discount. We showed the receipt they gaveus. No discount. We left without our "free item" the staff seemed clueless. Great job KFC ???? Read more
