This location continues to struggle with the speed and accuracy of fulfilling customer orders. Like many other reviewers I've... also shared in the experience of waiting 20+ minutes for my meal, only to have found multiple issues with the order. Within ourlast few visits we've experienced: missing items such as fries, dipping sauces and salads. The wrong type of mayo on theirsignature sandwich (Regular rather than spicy, or vice versa). KFC is supposed to be Fast food but this location consistently takes 20-25 minutes to cook their chicken. Was here during dinner... rush and there was 5-6 people also waiting. This is always such a clean, dependable spot with efficient service. Since I?m already a fan of the Lightlife beef burgers, I... decided to try KFC?s Vegan Chicken sandwich, and it was so good. I have been to this KFC several times. One of my first visits here was a few years ago when KFC offered their 1-day KFC class... where they open the back of the kitchen to show us how they make their chicken. It was a great experience and kept them in mymind whenever I have an itch for KFC. Often times, I think of them whenever "toonie" Tuesday occurs. However, it's not aregular trip for me. Still, they did such a good job reminding me of their presence. I picked up the Spicy Famous ChickenSandwich recently. They took a little bit of time to get it to me which meant it was fresh. On first bite, I gladly confirmed mysuspicion. The Spicy Famous Chicken Sandwich was flavorful and juicy. There were chunks of meat with a crispy crust. Thepickles were a tad sweet for my liking but they would be missed if taken away. The fries were surprisingly fresh this time.They are remarkedly better when fresh. I only wished this was how I get them regularly. There were definitely times when Ididn't care to finish the fries, but not these ones. I only wished there were more. Overall, this is a nice little KFC locatedin the far west community. It's clean and the staff are polite. Parking isn't too difficult. Read more

If possible I will offer -100 score to this horrible place, remember, if you saw my review and totally score here, please avoid... to come. Also, I will share my memorable worst customer experiences by the filipino woman, who's the manager here isunbelievable and ridiculous. She know how to totally waste your valuable time, and trade the loyal customers just like piece ofcake. Last but not least, I mentioned her before I leave, one bad Google Review for each of the day after until she been fired.Friendly recommend to the store owner, the worst team leader will let you go bankrupt, if you want make more money just kick herout of ur door.
