Went to pick up an 18 piece family meal today for dinner with my sister niece and brother and his Girlfriend. They told us they... had no chicken ready and made us wait 15 minutes for the chicken. Then we got home. The chicken was burnt, the fries wereovercooked. The gravy was lumpy and the macaroni salad and coleslaw was runny. We phoned to file a complaint and speak to themanager. We were told the manager isn't in and that we should pack up all the food and drive back over there for a new meal. Weasked for a refund and they hung up. Told them we are leaving a very poor review of their store so that's what I'm doing. Read more

Ordered a 6 piece for take out... One drumstick piece looks half eaten already, one piece is wing drummette and another wing...... so, more like a 4 piece. Absolutely terrible. The coleslaw was also very runny... It's been a while, but I don't remember itbeing this bad. It's very hard to get a 1* review from me, but they managed to do it. Read more

The hour was late when we stopped. Almost 10pm. So maybe they were closing soon but they didn't seem happy about having to cook... new food for my friends and i or the family that came in after us. When told there was a 7 minute wait for the chicken burger myfriend ordered they seemed surprised when we said that was fine. We'd been in the car for almost 11 hours and had 7 hours to go,so we were fine to wait. The bathroom was clean and so was the dining area. Food was good. Read more

Dirty floor,table and stools. Even after you told the guy ?he only cleaned what you said. Actually we went here several... times?because we like the Famous Chicken. Ordered on the KFC website for delivery at 7:12pm which shouldnt take long as i live 6min away on maps. had to call twice called... after 1hr was told it was sent out then again after 30 more min and was told I'd get my 40min old soggy food soon. Told themit's not worth paying full price for food ordered 1hr30min ago told me the best they could do was re make it and give me a freefry. Finally got it at 9pm. First and last time getting food from here. Read more

They completely messed up my order. I then called them and they said they attached a credit to my phone number. I just went in... and guess what no credit when I went in. I will never shop at this store and maybe never KFC again. Make sure to never pay the17.50 for all white meat because you won't get it Read more
