Ayla, the new trainee at this location rolled her eyes at me multiple times, gave me and other customers rude responses and all... I asked for was the large fry SHE forgot to add to me order. I get a passive aggressive response and her eyes rolled at me.Something needs to be done about her, this isn?t the first time she?s been extremely rude Read more
Went to pick up an 18 piece family meal today for dinner with my sister niece and brother and his Girlfriend. They told us they... had no chicken ready and made us wait 15 minutes for the chicken. Then we got home. The chicken was burnt, the fries wereovercooked. The gravy was lumpy and the macaroni salad and coleslaw was runny. We phoned to file a complaint and speak to themanager. We were told the manager isn't in and that we should pack up all the food and drive back over there for a new meal. Weasked for a refund and they hung up. Told them we are leaving a very poor review of their store so that's what I'm doing. Read more

Ordered a 6 piece for take out... One drumstick piece looks half eaten already, one piece is wing drummette and another wing...... so, more like a 4 piece. Absolutely terrible. The coleslaw was also very runny... It's been a while, but I don't remember itbeing this bad. It's very hard to get a 1* review from me, but they managed to do it. Read more
