The owner or the manager must have some rework to do, the staff there are so rude and careless, the way they talk shows none... polite and patients. Very very very poor service. The food, Chicken are all really dark color and over cooked, the fries and thechicken pieces l both looks and tastes like burned black wood chips, who know how many times they have recooked them, and whoknows how many times they have reused the deep fryer oil, highly suggest a inspection by food health department. Not only was there pop watered down and I actually went back to let them know, give me another cop but it was still about the... same problem. We also had our chicken that was undercooked and by the time I had had a piece myself I was already 2 hours awayat home. I have called and try to get this rectified but they say you have an hour and a half after you buy the chicken to calland make a complaint. I have three small children and honestly they all could have gotten food poisoning. The fries were wayover cooked as well and look almost burnt. On top of that none of the employees were speaking a word of English while customerswere in the establishment, I'm not racist or anything but out of respect for your customers I believe you should speak Englishin Canada or French. Went in for Chicken Sandwiches, fries to go. Had to listen to what I assume was the manager, little tiny guy, berate an employee... for leaving the cooler door open. Yes maybe said employee made a mistake, but in no way should this little man talk to anyone insuch a way, in a busy resteraunt, in front of other employees or paying customers. You, little man should not have your job, youshould be ashamed, and thank you for ruining our dinner. I hope that employee knows there are much better, respectful places towork and finds another place of employment quickly. This is thee WORST KFC in Calgary. Why hasn?t Calgary Health Services gone to this place. The food is always STALE. Always. I... tried it again like a fool and I asked for fresh and it was still stale. The fries were the only thing hot. My wrap was stale.The chicken strips was stale. The lettuce was awful and it had a weird smell! I didn?t eat it. Health Services, shut this placedown. It?s in awful shape, I wouldn?t be surprised if mice are inside. Fries taste like shoe laces and just as tough. They couldn't even put the gravy in a container. It ended up in a cup. Yes I have... plenty of pictures. Potato salad is garbage. Just call it uncooked potato and mayonnaise, the 14 piece I ordered ended up beinga 12 piece. Why??? Because counting in Iraq doesn't matter I guess. I am little late in giving a review. I ordered couple plant based sandwiches and What I received was stale and cold sandwich. I... thought it might be a mistake from them so I went inside and gave them my feedback very politely. There response was amazing.Mr. Manager or Owner said ?I think you are trying this for the 1st time and you don?t know it?s taste as it always comes likethis?. I left my sandwich?s on his counter and left. I have tried these sandwiches every other KFC and they make them so freshand crispy. Don?t know what is wrong with this location.
