Worst location just go there coz it's close to my place. Lady on duty name is Kiran__ she was very rude and rather she double... checked my order (which they gave me wrong ) she started arguing and suggested me to do complain if I want. Got frustrated today July 10, 2022 between 8:30pm and 9pm, I ordered a 16 pcs. Family special for $32.99 and the drive thru... attendant got it correctly and she even repeated it to confirm, I got my order and went to park in the parking lot to check ifeverything thing is right but instead of a 16 pcs chicken I got only 8 pcs of chicken and another bucket of tenders so wentinside to let them know that they gave me the wrong order but instead of apologizing the manager ask for my receipt and toldher I don't have the receipt because I ordered that in the drive thru and also asked if I still have the coupon and I told herthat the drive thru attendant has it and she checked the coupon and confirmed that it's the 16 pcs family special, she proceededto correct the order but I never heard her apologized for the wrong order. and audacity to ask for the receipt and the coupon,luckily the drive thru attendant still has it, what if the drive thru attendant discarded it, then that would be a longargument. The lady manager doesn't sets as example to her crew, bad customer service. Read more
I posted earlier on KFC A3andahalf almost a 4 .haven't tried Stettler KFC in some time. As l remember the chicken tasty. Waited... far too long for the order. Lots of people waiting. Must have been under staffing. Would have been better ordering ahead. Read more
