So Disappointed. I ordered 2 pieces with wings, and gravy. The gravy had no flavour, and they gave me 2 spicey hot wings, that... are just the drummies - despite paid extra for wings in my order. I waited a long time for the order. The only good thing wasthat the wings were piping hot. Read more

I think the lack of the drive thru makes them take their time with things. It?s lunch time so peak period. You?d think I can get... a chicken sandwich before my 30 min lunch break ends? Nope. Should?ve ordered skip since that seems to be the priority and notthe customers who drive there. Read more
The best service KFC in Calgary area during kfc.ca sale $2 for two pisces and fries per person on the 22th 02 2022, no hustle... you can buy as many as you want, the new location at Harvest Hill the worst service did not want to honour the sale. Read more
It's great to have this KFC so close by. I can easily make a quick trip over whenever I crave some KFC. Every time I have... gotten food at this KFC, the staff have always been friendly and patient. During the crazier promo days such as $2 big crunch,$2 famous sandwich, and Tuesday specials, they are very efficient and gets you through the lines quickly. For this particulartrip, I grabbed a Spicy Big Crunch sandwich and a Spicy Zinger sandwich. I have never figured out what the difference was. NowI know. The Big Crunch is made of white meat and is thicker. The Zinger is made of dark meat and is much thinner. The breadingis also different between the two. After trying both, I definitely prefer the Big Crunch. You get a much better bang for yourbuck. Plus, the sandwich is just overall better balanced in flavor and texture. Read more
Polite staff, pretty standard chain food but gravy seemed watered down and lacked flavor. Service is very slow if anymore than... just yourself there. Nov 2022 update, the gravy has improved and more in line with the rest of its chain. Read more
