We?ve given this location far too many tries and every single time has been a fail. Whether it?s watered down gravy, wrong... items, missing items (once they didn?t include an entire large salad, and another time an entire large box of fries), missingcondiments, topped off with rude staff and long waits. William was at the drive-thru window - absolutely the best employee I have seen in a long time. He was attentive, listened,... quick, efficient. He filled our order including drinks in the time the other employee filled one drink cup and hung aroundwhile William did all the rest. Reward this young man - William is awesome. Read more
Totally useless l ordered thursday special to findout i got 2 fries and no chicken when i got home . Will never be back, they... can't even manage to get this right. Service is painfully slow too . Worst kfc i ever visited they should all be fired . Read more
Previous times I've been here service and food has been so-so. Today was something new as normally we get burgers or wraps, but... today I ordered a tender box which at every location I've been to includes dipping sauce (sometimes they charge if you wantextra). Cashier told me it doesn't come with it at all. Fine another $0.20 for your bosses boss sitting at home gettingrich. Then I say I want gravy because the tender box comes with a small side... Well she tries to add a charge for a smallgravy and doesn't even mention that the box comes with a side. I had to point to the coupon for her to finally remove the extracharge and add it to the combo. Will try and avoid this location in the future. Read more
Sometimes the staff are decent sometimes they?re rude. Haven?t had much trouble with my order though over the years so can?t... complain too much I guess. Lots of staff and I was the only one in the building. Yet it took a a very long time for anyone to acknowledge me. Bathroom... door doesn't promote good hygiene and looks filthy. Food comes with no condiments. Fries were not great Popcorn chicken wasokay, but could really use a dip. The bread for the wrap was hard like it's been open on the country for two days. But thechicken was good. Despite all the good quality non-plastic options in straws they are still using paper. They had a promotionfor this deal which cost $5. For the above listed items. Placed an online order for pick-up and still had to wait an hour to get it. There was only one person working the front end -... which is a common occurrence at this location. The drive-thru, walk-in and delivery orders received priority over the few of usin there picking up online orders. The only reason we received the order when we did was because we requested that our foodshould be next, as others who ordered after us (in the restaurant), received their food already. There is extremely poormanagement. The workers are unfamiliar with the menu and the items - and cannot answer basic questions about the menu (e.g., howmany pieces of chicken are in a particular bucket). Food was great in the end, but the service is extremely disappointing --willing to drive a further distance to get good customer service. Read more
