Bruh just gotta say that the mojito drinks you guys are making now sound fantastic on paper but are the most god awful... monstrosity of a beverage my taste buds have ever had to experience. It tastes like a mixture of year old limes mixed with somegeriatric persons toenail fungus infested phalanges that were covered in a fresh coat of nail polish. Hello. I'm H, who is currently working at this location. I?m writing this regarding the previous review. If you were the person... who talked to me, I think this all stems from my poor explanation and English skills. I've been working here for more than threeyears, and I've been properly having tips during that period. At that moment, I just wanted to say that I haven't received tipslately, but it was totally misrepresented due to my lack of English skills + no further explanation + smile. Specifically,English is not my first language, so sometimes, I have a tough time using proper words or understanding the points, which is whyI think this misunderstanding has occurred. I know better than anyone else that my boss always tries to respect and understandall employees. I leave a review under my name because I'm heartbroken that she's being framed for this one review. If you wantto talk about this more seriously, please revisit the store. And I want to clear up the misunderstanding and explain itagain. Thank you. Read more

I have been a former employee for six years at this location and the review made by someone else about the the tips is... absolutely a lie! Get your facts straight before you post lies!. We always get our tips! I know everyone that currently worksthere. How irresponsible to post lies you know nothing about. Mind your own business!! Read more

Went to this location last week. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. My issue is that the owner keeps the tips. Why the... hell do you offer a tip option if it doesn't go to the employees? This is a dishonest way to put more money into the owner'spockets, while regular Joe's like me thought I was tipping the poor minimum wage worker. F@C? the owner of this location, I'llnever be visiting again and I will tell anyone I can not to tip, or better yet not to go to this selfish owner's business.Appalling! Read more

Just paid $7 for some of the fakest tasting chicken I have ever had. If I had enough time on my break I would have taken it... back. The wraps use to be so good, very disappointing. Read more

Wow.... What a bad experience. We waited at the counter for 10 minutes before the guy came around the corner with cups and lids... which we politely excused and totally understood as I also work in a smoothie and juice restaurant. He was sweaty after the walkand did not wash his hands before touching the screen and starting the food order. (There were 2 more orders after where he alsodid not wash his hands still and was rubbing the sweat off his forehead with his hand) I asked about which he would suggestbetween the two specials (that have been out for a couple weeks now) and he knew nothing about his own menu. Said it was ?only apart time job?. Where is the pride in your job? I?d expect you to at least know about the special. Anyways, I asked for thecheaper of the two and he charged me for the more expensive, which we didn?t notice until looking at the receipt. He blended itquick and I could still see chunks of mango, and was going to pour it like that so I asked it to be double blended. The smoothiewas short the first time, so the solution was to dump more juice into a smoothie that was all juice to begin with, and was shortin the end again. It was the Holiday Orange and just tasted like POG juice. Not impressed, Booster Juice is definitely better. Read more

This is two shots. She literally made one and split into two. As you can see the residue from one as she spilled it into the... other one. This is not acceptable. This isn?t the first time I brought them. Not buying from here again. Also when argued withher she claimed that she is the manager no who ever gave me proper shots should be punished and splitting one cup in to two wasthe appropriate way of doing this. By the way didn?t drink it and gave it back and lost my money. Thank you Jugo juice for thishorrible service. Read more

Made me go back to the till and pay 30 cents with a credit card payment when I asked for two extra cups so we could give our... toddlers a little bit of the two large smoothies we ordered.
