Super confused as per why this location charges more than any other location in the city.... My usual smoothie was $2 more than... when I buy it at MNP. #notimpressed To top it all up - right in front of my eyes I got only half a scoop of protein in my mightykale when I paid for the full one. The 4 ladies that worked there didn't seem to bother serving us - all they did is chat intheir native language, which I assume in Punjabi or Hindi. WORST experience at a beloved franchise. Read more

Awful customer service... Bought the peanut butter smoothie and it was liquid as water so asked for some more ice and to blend... it again and they told me "the smoothie is already done" and they threw a bag of ice for me to put it in the smoothie. Myhusband very unsatisfied and frustrated with the service asked for a refund and they threw the money back in such a rude way...Wouldn't recommend this place at all.. Read more

I ordered a liquid gold, and it was just that. So delicious. The service wasn?t bad, but it wasn?t good. The ladies looked like... they hated their job, and they weren?t pleased to have to serve me and the other customer. A smile goes a long way! I?d still goback because the juice was delicious. One thing to consider is how stressful flying can be for some people and how that stressmakes them act out. I bet these ladies get treated poorly often. While that doesn?t make my experience any better, maybe theyhad a jerk customer right before me, and they hadn?t shaken it off yet. Read more

My Go to "Breakfast" when I am at the airport early in the morning. The menu has tons of options to choose from when it comes to... juices, and they also have seasonal juices. Additionally, they also have paninis, wraps, muffins, etc. It is located at thearrivals level on the west end of the domestic terminal building. I had a very bad experience at this Jugo Juice?s branch today. Looking st precious comments, this is by no means an isolated... incident. The service, as it stands is not good. I was browsing through the menu for a drink of my choice that didn?t havedairy. I asked for an order and to take out whey protein from it because I cannot have dairy products - its a food intolerance.I told them this means that I can?t have frozen yogurt and whey protein. After I paid and they made the drink, I checked thatit doesn?t have whey protein. They had made the mistake of putting whey protein and refused to change it for me. I told themthis means I have to dump this drink in the garbage and they shrugged. Let me explain that I was their only customer at thetime. Read more

Love this Jugo Juice, the people working here are amazing and efficient. They're fast. The only downside to this is, the hours.... I work at the airport so I'm always willing to walk the extra mile for a smoothie, but I wish they were open till 11pm atleast.Because sometimes they are open till 11 and sometimes when I go there, it's closed.
