I ordered 3 smoothies last week and unfortunately dropped one of them all over the sidewalk outside. I cleaned up the debris and... was about to continue on my way with the other 2 drinks, as it was completely my fault, but the person who made my smoothie cameoutside and insisted on making me a new one?free of charge. The girl working is not wearing a mask yet us customers are expected to wear them. She was not friendly and when i said thank... you to her she said nothing back. No eye contact either. I ordered on uber eats, they didn't pay any attention to the items special instructions. When I called, he wanted me to pay for... another drink and he was going to send the cash with the drink. That doesn't exactly sound safe. He completely skirted aroundthe fact that they should have payed more attention in the first place, what if it was because of an allergy! Went in today to order a drink. There was only 1 person working and 2 couples in front of me, so I had to wait longer then... normal. I finally got to order my drink and on the menu it shows the price of $7.45, she rang it in and said I owed over $8.00.I looked at the til and I was being charged $7.75 for my drink. When I questioned the girl, she said they were changing theprices. I told that was fine, but you can?t charge more until you change your menu. She refused to charge me the correct price.Very poor business practice, I don?t recommend. Read more
